"Participants for Hidden, please come forward." The weird pumpkin said. Gray, Juvia, Lyon, Yeager, Beth, Nalpudding, Eve, and Sabertooth's Rufus walked up.
"We're about ready to begin!" Chapati exclaimed. I could feel butterflies in my stomach from anticipation, "But exactly, what kind of competition is Hidden? Commentator Yajima-san, is there a player we should pay attention to exactly?" I watched the emcee's.
"Sabertooth's Rufus-kun is probably the crowd's favorite, but I'm going to be watching Gray-kun!" Yajima said. I cheered.
"How about for our guest for today, Blue Pegasus's, Jenny-san?!" Chapati asked. "Of course, our Eve-kun." She replied with a smirk. "He's strong!" The whole group was talking, while everyone waited for the game to start.
My eyes wandered to the blonde guy. Why was I suddenly so attracted to him? I've been at the Grand Magic Games once, and I've seen him before but I've never cared for him. Why was this year so different? He suddenly turned, and looked at me. I turned away quickly. Gosh, that was embarrassing. I felt my face grow hot.
"Nikko, why are you blushing?" Happy asked. My eyes widened. "I'm not blushing you stupid cat!" I yelled.
"Field open!" The pumpkin yelled. Then all of a sudden a town started to form. "Wah!!" Happy yelled. "A city is appearing in the middle of the arena!" I gasped, as I examined it. It looked real! "Now I've seen everything.." Master said.
"Everyone! Please enjoy what's going on in town via Lacrima Vision!" Chapati said. Then the screens appeared. Gray, Juvia, Lyon, Rufus, Beth, and Yeager's face all appeared in different screens.
"The eight participants don't know what the others are doing. The rules of Hidden, are simple. Each person is both the hider and the seeker! Find each other in this town! You can use any kind of magic. Then deliver one blow! It doesn't matter if you do any damage, the person who attacks gets one point."
Then lots of Grays, Juvias, Lyons, Yeagers, Beths, Nalpuddings, Eves, and Rufus' starting appearing around all of them. "These are copies of everyone! If you accidentally attack a copy, you lose one point! Now, disappear into the silence! Like a black cat lurking in the dark night!" Then a loud boom was heard. "Let Hidden, begin!!"
"There are so many Gray-samas!" Juvia exclaimed in daze, I laughed at her. "With all of these around, no one will care if Juvia takes just one!" She jumped on one, hugging it from behind. "Gray-sama~"
A buzzer buzzed, and Juvia lost a point. She was suddenly transported to somewhere else. "Oh, my! Juvia attacked a copy, and lost one point!" Chapati yelled. "Juvia! Baka!" I yelled, but it was still funny.
"In this situation, the player restarts ten seconds later in a different area. Likewise, if the player is attacked by another wizard, a point is subtracted then, and the player restarts in a different area ten seconds later also. As long as it's within the time limit, it's possible for the players to restart any number of times. The time limit is 30 minutes. And the team with the most points at the end, will be in first place."
Gray started to run, and then was stopped by Nalpudding. Or a Nalpudding copy? I don't know. They talked, then he used his magic. "Ice Hammer!" He yelled, hitting the Nalpudding. "Oooh!" Droy yelled. "That's different from his Molding Magic up to now, isn't it?!" Jet asked Lily's arms were crossed, and he wore what looked like a smirk. "It's the results of all his training." He said smugly.
"And now I'm gettin' a point!" Gray said cockily. Then the buzzer rang. Huh? "Wasn't that the real Nalpudding?!" I asked.
"Guessing by how Gray lost a point, I'm pretty sure it was a copy." Macao said. Then the real Nalpudding came from behind, laughing evilly. "I don't believe it.." Gray said. "Too bad. That was a copy." Nalpudding sneered. Gray clenched his teeth. Then Gray was transported to another spot. The score board minused a point from Gray. "Come on Gray.. You could do it.." I whispered.
