"And now, what you've all been waiting for, the second day of the Grand Magic Games has begun!" Chapati exclaimed, and the crowds erupted in cheers and claps. "Our guest on this second day is renowned reporter for Weekly Sorcerer, Jason-san!"
"Coooool!~" He yelled.
"Okay, the competition part has already begun! And the name is... Chariot! This competition takes place on top of a line of vehicles, with the idea of being to reach the goal without falling off! The vehicles will wend their way around the sightseeing spots of Crocus, but which team will arrive here, at Domus Flau?!"
"Are you okay?" Macao asked me. I nodded, yawning, looking at the screen. "Tired is all, and my head is killing me." He patted my back, "You shouldn't have drank so much." Wakaba told me, worried. I shrugged. "It's fine."
I didn't remember anything that happened last time, but I hope that was okay. I only remembered going into the pub, and sitting next to Cana. After that, everything went black. I had a weird dream about Sting, but it quickly shooed it off.
"Everyone in the stadium, you can watch the race here on Lacrima Vision!" Chapati said. One screen showed Natsu looking sick, and another of Bacchus running.
"Cool!" Jason yelled.
The whole guild watched the Lacrima anxiously.
"At any rate, Yajima-san, who could have predicted this turn of events?!" Chapati asked him.
"Why did Natsu sign up for this?!" Gray yelled. "Oh my!" Chapati screamed, "Way in the rear, is a groggy looking Natsu from Fairy Tail A!"
"This isn't gonna work.." Jet said. Droy agreed, while eating his sandwich.
"And that's not all! Right in front of him is Gajeel from Fairy Tail B, and even Sting from Sabertooth, all moving like molasses!"
I looked at the line. Sting, then Gajeel, then Natsu.
"I thought only Natsu had motion sickness." I said. "It must be a thing all Dragon Slayers have." Lisanna told me with a light laugh. "Wendy doesn't have it though, or does she?" I asked. Lisanna shrugged.
"W-What's wrong with me?!" Gajeel yelled.
I felt worried. Not because of Natsu or Gajeel, it was because of Sting.
"What's going on here, Yajima-san?!" Chapati asked. "I suppose the three have something in common." Yajima said.
"Motion sickness.." Gajeel muttered. "That's the Salamander's thing.."
"What's going on?! Why is Gajeel like that?!" Lily asked. Happy was crying. "Don't swipe Natsu's character!" He cried. "And a member of Saber, too.." Levy trailed off.
"Sting.." I whispered. "This doesn't look good.." The red cat said. "I never thought the invisible Sting-kun's one weakness would be revealed!"
"Fro thinks so, too!" The frog look-a-like exceed said.
"Alright, let's check in with the leaders of the pack! It's a fierce dead heat at the front! In the lead is Blacksnake of Raven Tail! Ichiya of Blue Pegasus is on his heels, followed by Yuuka of Lamia Scale and Risley of Mermaid Heel!"
LMEN!" Ichiya screamed.
"Some distance behind them is Bacchus from the reserve squad of Quatro Cerberus!"
I saw everyone that was participating run.
"I'm pooped.." He moaned. "Haven't thrown off the effects of last nights booze yet.."
Yuuka yelled, and quickly sped up.
"Wave Boost! You can't use magic while you're in my shock wave!" Risley had a look of determination, "Never underestimate a chubby girl" Risley yelled, and went on the side of the vehicles, running fast.
