Jungkook decided to join the audience to have a best view at his best friend's performance, along with Eunwoo's who was also dancing tonight. He ran his eyes through the area and arena was completely packed with people sitting by shoulders with each other, leaving no space for more, but then he found a little empty spot, he can possibly fit in easily.

He looked to the side to check only to find Taehyung sitting there with Hoseok, Jin and Namjoon by his side, and he realised that the universe must've hated him. The darkness covered the whole arena before the performances and Jungkook decided to use that as opportunity to slide in, but he realised quickly how stupid he was, Taehyung can sense his presence by miles! Just like he could smell his overpowering scent, surrounding him immediately.

Overwhelmed, he held his breath when the lights turned on, and Taehyung was staring at him, "Oh I was waiting for you, you left me there alone, knowing that I was injured" older remarked.

Before younger could reply, a host started talking and everyone went silent, and he felt relieved to have a moment of peace, the performances started, and he found himself smiling at all the dancers, enjoying what they were doing, during his friend eunwoo's presence, Jungkook hummed along the song he was singing as he danced.

Are you feeling the rush, if so—" he stopped when he sensed older's warmth on his neck as he praised his voice, a standing ovation from his hair was evident from his neck and Taehyung chuckled at the way Jungkook's ears turned red.

He pulled away a little, creating some space between himself and Taehyung, making older chuckle more, "you know, being a knight comes with lots of rewards, the best one has to be my sense of hearing" he said and Jungkook turned his face completely away from him, trying to block older out completely.

"Pssstt!" He heard a voice from behind, "Kook! Come up here" it was Yogyeom and Mingyu was sitting beside him, along with their other pack members, he smiled.

"Oh thank goodness!" Jungkook breathed out, about to get up when his hand was held by Taehyung, "don't go, please" he asked looking up and Jungkook didn't know why he couldn't pull away from him, the music from Jimin's song started playing and he saw him sitting in between flowers.

Jungkook slowly sat back down at the same spot, his hand still in older's hold who was busy gently playing with his fingers.

Jungkook saw how Jimin's body moved, so elegantly but his eyes, they were focused on someone in the audience, at first he thought it was Yoongi, but then he followed his line of sight to find Hoseok, who was blinking either, drowned in Jimin's performance Hsoeok was lost.

He searched for Yoongi but didn't find him anywhere in the audience. "Your brother— w-would he hurt Jimin if he tried to mate someone else ?" Jungkook asked Taehyung, probably the first time he was talking politely to him and in shock older stared at younger's face.

Jungkook's doe eyes were enchanting, with all the lights in arena they were shining, with the glossy water line he was expecting an innocent answer, "He is Hoseok's destined mate" older moved closer and whispered, his breath fanning Jungkook's entire face, "part of his soul lives inside Jimin, so no matter what, he can never harm his mate" older revealed and Jungkook found himself relaxed with older's words, "besides, I highly doubt your friend will ever be able to choose someone else over him" he looked at Jimin dancing.

"But he loves yoongi, so much" Jungkook argued but the little tug on younger's hand pulled him closer, "no one can compare to soulmate, it's impossible" older replied with a kind smile on his lips, with that the whole arena was clapping and Jungkook too pulled his hand back, the entrancing sensation made him frown.
