Claire spencer. Where to start?

Claire was always drawn to nature. The way the leaves blew in the breeze, the way the soil crushed under her feet, it didn't really become a surprise when she found out who she truly was. You see, Claire was a product of something that never happened before. An affair between a werewolf and a wolf shifter. Unlike other shifters, her shift wasn't caused by the cold ones... No her was due to the curse she had received from her mother. Her wolf was beautiful. Raven black fur with white paws which got her the nickname of Socks, she was smaller than the other shifters in La Push but bigger than other werewolves.

Her best friend who she classed as her brother Billy Black helped her through her first full moon at the age of 17. He never really understood werewolves only being a wolf shifter, Alpha of his pack. So when he found out the girl he grew up with, wasn't just a female shifter, something that hasn't been heard of before but part wolf, he didn't know how to react. He never judge her, hearing how her curse was broken by protecting her self, no. He was by her side when she was forced to change under the gaze of the full moon. He watched in awe after the hours of endless torment as her body changed into a beautiful wolf and ran with her through the forest she loved so much, until she changed back.

That was the only time she was forced to shift. A right of passaged her mother explained. Saying how the two genes will work together with her wolf and her self, but on ever full moon, her mood will change to be more aggressive and angry until she changed under the Twilight. But that was okay, she had Billy with her as well as Charlie who didn't know the supernatural world but was always there to help her calm down before she was expelled again.

As the years past and more challenges came, the trio were stronger than ever. Claire speaking to her boys before making her decision decided that she would travel a bit. It was easy to know about her shape shifting side. Although not really knowing her farther George Uley as she was the product of an drunken affair, already having his son Joshua Uley, wanting nothing to do with his daughter. Not that she cared, she wouldn't want a man who cheats on his wife, telling her mother that he was single to find out he wasn't when she told him the news of her pregnancy. She had Billy to help understand that side of her self, but her wolf half was harder, yes she had her mother, but even her mom only knew so much.

So Claire decided to do what she planned to do. She travelled, sending postcards to her boys and mother to every town, city, country she visited over the next year and half. But New York had to be her favourite. There she found her Imprint.

She knew who he was, she heard the tales from her mother. The big bad Hybrid, Klaus Mikaelson, she tried to stay clear from him in the bar she was in, but as soon as she looked into his crystal blue eyes, all worry and fear for the man vanished, and Klaus who had tried to gain the beauties attention all night, felt like the young boy he once was when he gazed into her forest green eyes.

Their relationship was beautiful and over the past six months blossomed into something that seemed fresh out of a fairy tale. They opened up to each other, Klaus finally felt at peace and for once in his immortal life, he felt like he could open up to someone without being judge or used against him, especially when she finally told him of the Imprinting.

She brought him home, he met her mother and friends, although Billy was wary of the Hybrid at first but calmed after Klaus explain to him that he was a different type of vampire to the cold ones, he began to open up, willing to learn more and more about Klaus's kind, and when he found out about Klaus's curse, he supported him to break it like a brother would, even though not liking the idea of sacrificing someone life, but having the wolf inside of him as well, he couldn't imagine having that part of him being trapped, caged inside like some sort of beast.

The weeks and month passed on, until Klaus caught wind of his farther being near, on his trail. He explained to his new family what news he heard and Promised them with always and forever that he will come back, he will be their for his new love and brothers no matter what it takes. So he left, to protect the ones he cares about, something you would never hear about the Big bad Hybrid.

As the weeks pass, Claire found out some news she thought to be impossible. She was pregnant. She told Billy first in panic, not knowing how it happen. Klaus was a vampire and Vampires couldn't procreate...Right? But Billy came down to the idea that they were both part werewolf, even though Klaus's wolf is locked away and she was only half, they still had the gene. So Claire tried to contact, find her imprint. The days were passing and Claire tried everything, witches, wolves, vampires to try and find him but everything came up to dead ends, the end of her pregnancy was coming to an end, but she always took photos, messages and notes saved for everything he missed.

Her Pregnancy came to an end, and Kayleigh Mikaelson was born. She has her father's eyes and her mothers brown locks, and still no sign of Klaus. Billy and Charlie were named God Father's of Kayleigh while Billy's wife was named God mother. Klaus missed many milestones. Her first steps, her first words, but she had her mother and God parents so everything was okay, right?

News of her now two year old daughter had reached some witches that saw her an abomination, something that shouldn't exist. So she formed a plan with a new witch friend she made and Billy. She caught the news that Klaus was in a town called Mystic falls, so she wrote a letter explaining everything and the plan. Her daughter will survive, she will live, so she gave her to Leigh who would hide her with her along with the letter that will be sent to Klaus by magic as soon as they are safe, while Claire will go the opposite direction, giving the illusion she is running with her daughter to get them away from her little wolf. Billy heartbroken, knew the plan, and he knew her intention were to not come back alive, but as long as her daughter lived, she didn't care.

The plan was set, Claire after a teary goodbye to her boys, Charlie not realising it would be the last time he would see one of his best friends as he came round with the intention of telling her about her future god daughter, held off the news until she came back. She left, drove north as her daughter went south, gaining as much distance as possible, tears running down her cheeks knowing she won't be in her daughters life anymore, praying Klaus will look after their daughter, but glad she had given her a case filled with diaries and journals that should explain everything to her little wolf as she grows into the beautiful woman she knows she will be.

And that's was the end of Claire Spencer. Sacrificing her life to protect her little wolf, alone, under the glow of the moon light, in a forest much like the one back home, breaking her promise to her daughter that she will be there Always and Forever.

But as the title says... Always and Forever Isn't forever.
