Couple of days later, Vegas along with Macau was in a meeting room with other members of the Main family. Their uncle looked around and nodded in satisfaction before he spoke, "Let's begin the discussion…"
An hour later, Macau was fuming with anger while Vegas was trying his best not to flip the table and leave the room.
"Baby will be safer and have a better environment to grow here at main home. Without an omega or beta, it would be tough to bring up a child…" Korn pointed out.
Though Vegas and Macau knew that their uncle was right, they weren't ready to send their younger brother away. Just a week and they were already attached to the baby. Even though it was hard to take care of him, Both alphas won't send him away to the main house.
"Uncle I can handle everything by myself, you don't…" "How can I not worry about it? If you don't agree to let them away, how about I send some good omegas and betas to minor family? They can take care of both the baby and Macau and help you with the house too…" Korn interrupted Vegas and spoke, making Vegas frown.
It's not that Vegas was suspicious of his uncle but they never had the best relationship plus Vegas didn't like the idea of someone unknown in his house.
" Paaa… I think we should give Vegas some time to cope up.." Tankhun tried to help Vegas and alpha gave his cousin thankful look
"You think our competitors will wait for him to recover before attacking? They won't! Currently, Minor House is weak! Everyone will try to take them down!" The older Alpha pointed out with some anger
"Uncle Should have faith in me and give me some time to deal with this all…" Vegas said as calmly as he could
"I'm here for hia too! I will help take care of the baby…" Macau spoke in Vegas support.
"You both are alpha! How can you take care of a baby…. I have another suggestion, how about you take a mate instead?" Korn said as he looked at Vegas with a serious look.
Vegas tensed upon hearing his uncle and shared a look with Macau before he spoke, "Seems like uncle already has someone in his mind…"
"No but if you agree then I can arrange some good matches for you.." Korn suggested hopefully.
"Thank you Uncle but it's not necessary.." Vegas declined the offer politely.
"And why it's not? You didn't even give it a chance!" Korn asked calmy.
"I don't think it necessary…" Vegas spoke back in annoyance.
"You don't want to merge the families, you don't want to send the baby to the main family or let me have someone in the minor family to care for him! You don't want to take a mate too! How can I sit and watch you destroy my younger brother's effort" Korn stood up angrily which surprised everyone.
"Pa.." Kinn grabs his father's hand to calm him down. The older alpha looks around and sighs before taking his seat again.
"You're going to meet a couple of omegas that I have matched to you… meet them and then decide…" Korn said in a strict voice.
"Uncle… you can't force me.." Vegas shouts in anger and glared at Korn
"Since Gun is no more, it's my responsibility to take care of Minor families! You can't be selfish Vegas, your both brothers need someone who can take care of them! Who can be better than your own omega.." Korn said with a firm voice, Vegas scowls and others fear that soon Vegas will lose his patience.
"Mr Shun's son is Omega, you might know him, Tawan… " Kinn tensed upon hearing the name while Tankhun, Kim and Macau looked at Korn with disbelief.
