Pete smiled as he looked at the mark that Vegas gave him, it was turning dark reddish and purple and felt so tender yet Pete felt more sense of happiness than the pain. He can’t believe that he mated to the alpha and they were officially mates, he grins as he touches the mark and winces in pain.

At that exact moment Vegas walked into the washroom and looked at Pete in curiosity, he walked behind the betas and grabbed Pete’s hand before leaning towards his neck and licking it, Pete whimpers in pleasure and slight pain as Vegas licked and sucked the mark.

“Will you tell me now about you? Have I proven that I can be trusted…” Vegas asked as his hand travelled down and he teases Beta’s body

“I trust my alpha the most…” Pete whispered which made Vegas smile in satisfaction and he made Pete face him, Pete grabs Vegas’ face and kisses him, “My name is Pete, Pete Saengtham. My gender was reclassified when I was 15…..”

Pete hesitated before he continues, “My father was about to sell me off because he thought I’m a monster and he would be laughed at if others come to know about me, that’s when… that’s when Khun Gun rescued me, I will be always in debt of him for saving me… this is all I can tell you,, for now Khun but please… Please, no matter what anyone tells you, please trust me? Trust your mate? I will never betray you…. My life is dedicated to you, to minor family…”

Pete begs Vegas who pulls the beta into a tight hug, he can see the fear in Pete’s eyes. Fear of losing him, fear of losing everything and Vegas didn’t like it. He doesn’t want Pete to live in any kind of fear, “I promise..”

Vegas wipes Pete’s tears, Beta didn’t even notice that he was crying, Pete chuckles and jokes, “If Khun broke his broke, I’m going to leave you… let’s see how you handle Venice and Macau without me..” Vegas rolled his eyes before pulling Pete for a kiss

        

                     That night at the Main family, Pete wore a low neck shirt over the jacket. Vegas didn’t approve of it but seeing his bite mark prominent over Beta’s neck, Vegas gave up the idea of making Pete change into something more covered.

Pete couldn’t help but smirk when he saw Korn’s face darkening on seeing the mating mate and Pete can’t wait for Porsche and Kinn to announce their relationship. He hoped Korn would have a heart attack and die on the spot.

“Happy birthday my dear Nephew..” Korn greeted Vegas who smiled politely while tightening his hold over Pete’s waist, “Thank you uncle for his blessings…”

Korn took a look at Pete and then smiled as he spoke, “Where’s Venice and Macau? It’s been long since I saw the little boy…”

“Macau went to pick his date, they will be here soon…” Pete answered with wide smile while Korn looked surprised

“Date? I didn’t know Macau was courting someone..” Korn looked at Vegas sharply, Vegas shared a look with Pete and hesitated before he replied, “A sweet omega from his school, both like each other so decided to be together..”

“And might I ask which family the omega belongs to?” Korn said in a firm voice, before Vegas could answer they got interrupted by Macau who entered with Porchay, “He belongs to Theerapanyakul…”

Macau grins at Porchay and continues, “Once we get into college, we will get engaged! I already thinking about how to propose to him”

Pete notices how Korn frowns on seeing Porchay and wonders if  The older alpha knew who Porchay was. Korn gave them stiff smiles and became quiet.
