It had been a long day, Suzuya had picked a small coffee shop at the end of a store square.

It was very floral, with plants in every corner. I had ordered a small black coffee, and we had sandwiches to share.

~

You're probably wondering.

Why did the blood, behind the victim suddenly dissapear out of nowhere?

Simple.

Someone who works on the CCG clean up team, is in kahoots with the murderer. And thanks to CCTV footage, we already have 7 Suspects, that I have to interview tomorrow.

The scariest fact, was that the murderer wasn't a ghoul.

The most probable answer, would be the murderer was coherenced or atleast joined forces with a ghoul, for whatever reason.

But a confession could pull our squad towards whatever ghoul group the murderer is allys with.

~
...

"Soo are you gonna write me that review" Suzuya said while stuffing his mouth with sandwiches.

"Huh? Oh its 7Pm now. Ill finish it tonight and hand it to you tomorrow." I say while sipping my coffee, and pecking at a sandwich.

Weirdly enough, I do enjoy Suzuyas company. Maybe its because when we are together, he is the one who looks the most unique. Noone notices me.

I could see Suzuya stop and stare at the counter.

"What're you staring at?" I say, leaning slightly to get a view.

"Do you smell that?" Suzuya says.

"No? What smell" I say confused.

"Ghoul"
All he says is that one word.

And a glacial shiver went down my spine

"Where?"
I say, trying not to panic.
We were in a small packed cafe after all. Even if we attack the ghoul, we will surely end up hurting someone in the crossfire.

And triggering a ghoul in this atmosphere is more than stupid, it's suicidal.

"In the bathroom.." Suzuya says, staring at one of the wooden doors near the back of the cafe.

"Women's?" I say

...

"Yes." He responds. He seemed very serious. Almost scary.
