And the ghoul attacks before I could even take a step forward.

Slammed against a wall.

My quinque nowhere to be seen.

My god was I stupid. I'm going to die here, right now. And there's nothing I can do about it.

And in a perfect world, Y/N L/N would have been murdered right there.

And in a perfect world, her body would be nowhere to be found.

And in a perfect world, the stars would shine just as bright, as if nothing had happened at all.

Too bad this world isn't perfect.

As the ghoul violently chokes me with his kagune, a small white haired male had sneakily followed his way into the alley.

He saw the whole thing happen

And he was now in possession of the quinque.

3 seconds.

3 seconds is all it took.

And Juuzou had captured the ghoul.

I drop to the floor, straight on my leg and accidently fall on it backwards, as I try to recuperate my breath

Juuzou hastily walks over to me, and grabs my shoulders

"Ms L/N. You know why you brought me with you, riggghhht? Why would you go into an alleyway alone with a ghoul??? Are you suicidal?" He asks genuinely puzzled.

"Thank you" is all I could say, with the most croakiest voice I've ever had.

So I said it, I said thank you.

And I said it again.
And again,
And again.

And I accidently grab onto him

I suppose when someone saves you from death you automatically feel closer to them

But Juuzou grabbed me back. My arm atleast, and sat beside me.

Maybe he didn't understand how I was feeling, but he sure knew it wasn't a good feeling.

And I suddenly saw him alot diffrent.

Turns out I had broken my leg.
Clean cut.
So now I was in hospital, not only for my leg but also my throat.
Turns out the ghoul did a bit more damage than anyone thought he did.

Yet juuzou stayed with me the entire time.

He was now asleep, sitting in a chair next to my bed, as it had only been about 7 hours since the incident, so around 3-4am.

And I couldn't sleep.

One day with this dude and I'm scarred for life.
And he's fast asleep on a chair.

It's crazy how diffrent peoples lives are

9.27 AM
Red Cross Medical Centre,
Hiroo, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. 

I suddenly feel something poking at my arm over and over again, and the slight warmth of a breath on my face

As I open my eyes, I'm met with bright red ones

"L/Nnnn I almost thought you died!" The white haired male said, while nearly giggling

Which should have been very creepy, but the giggle felt somehow comforting.

Strange.

"Suzuya? Do you think you could.. cough cough COUGH..! Get a doctor for me? My throat is really sore.." I say with an even more raspier voice than earlier.

"Yes ma'am!" He says with a smile

"Don't call me co..ug...h.. don't call me ma'am, Suzuya. I'm barely older than you." I say while looking at him.

He gives an even wider smile

"Yes F/N!" He says while slightly giggling, probably aware he wasnt supposed to call me by my first name.

But it was kinda funny, so I accidently let out a small giggle, and smile.

And Juuzou didn't look away in disgust

Or back away in fear.

He smiled, even brighter.

It had been a couple more hours, and Seidou had finally decided to show up..

"F/N????" He ran into the room with tears in his eyes and basically collapsed next to me.

Juuzou still had not left, and instead grabbed my glasses off the side table and gave them to me. I assume so I can see seidou.

I thank him quietly

"F/N??? Are you alrtighjhyyytttt whichnleg is broken????!! Is your throat marked??!?!?!" Seidou says while panicking around me

Which Juuzou stops very quickly, by grabbing both of the taller males arms

"Ssshhhhh you're talking too loud. The doctor said, let her rest." Juuzou says in a quite voice.

"Chill" Seidou said, as he wiped his hands on his jacket in disgust

He then came to me, and gave me the biggest hug, I think I've ever received.

And he kissed me on the cheek, while we were hugging.

I didn't know how to feel.
But I was just glad to be alive, and able to experience the hug.

Imagine what would have happened if Juuzou had not followed me into the alley.
