I really apologize for my inconsistency. I had a few issues, but I'm settled now though.

Tracy, thank you for always telling me to update, being my best friend even from afar, and for sharing this book. I love you.

Chapter 7: Surprise, surprise bitch

"Are you going to continue ignoring our parents?" Chris asks knowing the answer already.

"Yeah, until I calm down."

"That means, you might never talk to them," he adds chuckling lightly. "Well mum is going through a major dilemma because, your engagement is this week, and you aren't picking their calls."

"They know I'm here so, why haven't they come over?" I ask because I'm dreading facing them after our face-off.

"I told them you need space, and that I won't let them come in no matter what."

"Have I ever told you that I love you?" I ask smiling from ear-to-ear.

He pretends to think about it then says, "I don't know, just over a million times."

I roll my eyes at him while he smirks cockily. This is why it's not advisable to compliment your siblings, especially your older brothers.

"Well, I can't keep on ignoring them now because, I need to collect some supplies if not, and I'll continue boring your clothes."

"Yup about that, you are not my girlfriend so, you need to stop wearing my clothes."

I laugh, and say, "You should be happy I'm wearing your clothes. I mean with your whoring around, I'm sure you have no one to wear your clothes."

He scowls and says, "First of all, I don't whore myself around, and there was this one time a lady thought she could wear my top. Can you imagine?"

"So you have fornicated in this house?"
He rolled his eyes, and replies, "I don't fornicate in my house."

"I think I better start going to collect my stuffs at home."
"How about you wait until later in the evening to collect them. I mean we both know you have to face our parents sooner or later, and considering your upcoming sham of an engagement party, it's going to be sooner rather than later."

"Gee thanks for reminding me."

He grins at my sarcasm. It doesn't even faze him.

"Okay fine. We'll go together in the evening. I just don't get why you will want me to meet mum and dad. I mean, you were strongly against them."

Chris says, "Listen, I'm not saying you should go and meet mum and dad lad. I'm saying I want to go with you so, it's better you go later in the evening."

I glare at him, and hiss, "Don't you ever call me lad again. Fine, we'll go in the evening. Are you happy now?"

He grins, "Yes, I'm very happy lad." I groan in frustration. This is why I hate older brothers. I'm sure having a sister would have been much easier. Though Chels disagrees.

*In the evening*

"I can't believe we are here already," I whisper.

"Callie, why the hell are you referring to our family house as if it's a mystery?"

I whisper, "Ignore me"

"I've been doing that since the day you were born boo," Chris lazily replies.

I roll my eyes, "fuck you"

"Callie, I know I'm hot and all, but that is incest," he says dramatically.

I glare at him, which of course totally fazes him. I hate Christopher.
