(Annie)

I guess we were taking to long because Melissa told us to meet her at the crime scene. We finally made it there and went under the yellow tapes. I can't believe I got called into work on Saturday but it is what is.

Annie: What happened

Melissa: Male in his late twenties shot dead last night. According to witnesses last night he seemed to be arguing with women over money. A half hour later gun shots were fired.

Annie: can I see the body

Candice: Oh my god that's my ex husband brother James

Melissa: Do you know a woman he was arguing with. People described her brown skin, stud......!!!!

Candice: No need to continue I know who your talking about

Melissa: Good go question her and make it fast so I can go home

With that being said we got back in the car and was on our way to question the women. According to Candice it was her girlfriend ex wife and that guy that was her cousin. We arrived in queens to the girl condo about a half hour later. We knocked on the door softly.

Nae: Oh wow look who it is, what do you want Candice and who's your sexy thick friend

Annie: I'm deactivate Hernandez and we need to ask you a few questions

Nae: Wait you became a cop Candice

Candice: It's deactivate Pitt and yes can we ask you some questions

Nae: Sure

Annie: Where were you around 10:30 last night

Nae: Arguing with my cousin because he owed me a hundred dollars that I let him borrow. I told him a few more days then got in my car and drove to Applebee's with my girl then came home may I ask why

Candice: James was found dead earlier this morning. He's been shot.

Nae: Oh my god" she said getting teary eyed

Candice: Do you know anybody he had beef with or something

Nae: Ummmm this guy name Pookie I never knew his real name but he and James have been beefing for a while. I know that he lives in Brownsville in Brooklyn and he has a baby mother out here name Charmaine. That's all I know

Annie: Thank you for your time

Nae: Candice can you call me when you find the bastard that did this to my cousin

Candice: Sure

With that being said we got back in the car. It's obvious this case is going to take all day so we stopped by the store and got some snacks before getting on the bridge and heading to Brooklyn. Just then Melissa was calling me.

On the phone with Melissa

Annie: Yes sergeant

Melissa: How's it going so far

Annie: She said she was Applebee's the time the shooting occurred. We checked video surveillance and she's telling the truth. She said that he also had a guy that he had problems with in Brooklyn so we are heading there now to question him and he has a baby mother in queens name Charmaine Anderson.

Melissa: Okay let me know when you find out anything else

With that being said we hung up the phone. Just then Dense started calling but I denied her call. I'm working right now and don't have time to speak. She kept calling and I eventually turned off my phone. We finally made it to this guy project building. We went to his apartment and knocked on the door.

Candice: NYPD open up

Pookie: May I help you officers" he said cracking open the door

Annie: Yes we would like to ask you a few questions about a guy name James Ant, do you know him

Pookie: Of course I know that punk. Him and his brother used to be hottest drug dealers in queens. One day his brother got arrested for some shit and it was him and his dyke cousin Nae who took over. Eventually their operation fell apart and that's all I know. I hate that nigga James but his cousin sneaky bitch watch out for her

Candice: We were you 10:30 last night

Pookie: Sleeping I have surveillance footage in my house if you wanna see

The guy showed us the video camera and he was sleeping throughout the night. We left and I was getting irradiated now. I wanna go home. We've been asking around all day and finally me and Candice finally figured it out. Nae may not have killed him herself but we have her on footage in the bathroom at Applebee's hiring somebody to kill him. She was smart by using the restaurant as her alibi but if she wanted to get away with it she shouldn't have called the people in a public bathroom. She almost had all of us fooled until I suggested looking at her and all the footage one more time.

I finally arrived home around sometime close to midnight. We've been working on one case all day and I was tired. I was so tired that I can't sleep. All the lights were out and I know the kids are asleep. I walked into the bedroom and Dense was crying in fetal position while listening to say goodbye by Chris Brown that was playing on the radio. I tried to touch her but she forced my hand away. I turned off the radio then sat down on the bed next to her.

Annie: What's wrong

Dense: Your going to dump me for Candice. I see the way she looks at you. You probably turned off your phone today because you were to busy with her having sex. If you don't want me no more just say so

Annie: I'm not leaving you, we did not have sex, and I don't want Candice. Is she gorgeous; yes but she is nothing compared to you. Dense I love you and only you I wouldn't even leave you even if Megan Good wanted me. My phone was off because I was very busy and you calling every few minutes would distract me. Yeah I see the way she looks at me but I don't want her your the only one for me

With that being said I wiped away her tears. I gave her a little peck on the lips and I was about to pull away but she grabbed my face and started kissing me mad hard. By her doing that I know what she wanted and I gave it to her till four in the morning.
