Melody walked into the nursery, the room painted TARDIS blue - Amy's idea, and decorated with stars. The Doctors cot. The cot which Melody would have slept in, if Amy and Rory had had the opportunity to raise her from the day she was born. It had been re-gifted from The Doctor, by Amy.
The twins had slept in their before they were old enough to have their own rooms, and soon, so would Ava.
She was overdue, which was making Melody mardy and very uncomfortable. She'd already snapped at The Doctor who came to see if the newest Weasley-Pond had been brought into the world yet.
"George!" Melody finally screamed. "I think it's happening!"
Prepared, they made it to St Mungo's and Melody and George were taken to a private room for the delivery. This time around, they were happy it was just the two of them. When the twins were born, everyone was around them to help the new parents, but this time they knew what they needed to do.

George and Melody's daughter, Ava, had only been in the world for little over an hour. News had been sent to their families of the newest Weasley-Pond's arrival.
And that was when the TARDIS showed up, right there, at the foot of the hospital bed, in their room. Amy had told her daughter that The Doctor was quite excited, as he didn't meet the twins until they started walking.
Amy went straight over to her daughter, kissing Melody's forehead beside looking down at her granddaughter. First time a grandmother at age thirty and now, again, at thirty-four. Nothing could surprise her anymore.
"Doctor, come over here," Melody said softly, holding the newborn to her chest.
"Permission to hug?" The Doctor looked over at George.
Amy smiles and rolls her eyes, as she remembered all the times he would ask Rory the same thing every time he wanted to hug Amy.
