Ethan's pov

At home i was in my room with benny on my computer looking for mikayla and i found out her cellphone was at Ezra's house and benny and rory helped me when we got to the house and rory supersped around the house looking for mikayla and found her in Ezra's room sitting on the bed as me and benny were talking to ezra while he was drinking wine from a glass cup

" I know your here for mikayla " ezra said to me as i shook my head and scoffed

" You took her from a hospital when she was supposed to stay overnight " i said as benny nodded

" She's better with me " ezra said

" Your her teacher " i said

" Mikayla has been through so much with you, you and your friends treat her like dirt " ezra said as benny scoffed

" I love mikayla and benny and rory care about her " i said as ezra smiled at us

" Love is a powerful word that you don't understand...i mean you've been with a guy and convinced mikayla that you loved her even when you still liked jonah " ezra said as me and benny looked at each other

" You and your friends picked on mikayla all the time..." Ezra said

" Because i was confused " i said

" Confused about liking her or confused about what your friends thought? " Ezra asked me as i got confused

" What? " I asked ezra

" Mikayla knows you care more about what your friends think then how she feels " ezra said as i sighed

" No " i said

" She's better with me " ezra said as i got confused and sighed

" No, mikayla loves me " i said as benny slowly walked away

Rory's pov

I walked over to mikayla who smiled at me and i sat next to her on the bed and held her hand

" Im sorry, i know you probably dont remember me but ive always loved you and we were great best friends...i made mistakes and im sorry " i said as mikayla kinda smiled at me

" But my friends were wrong about you...people can change and you've tried multiple times when they wouldn't let you...yeah, we fell in love with you but you also made it hard not to " i said as mikayla gave me a confused look

" I can't change what happened in the past but if you want...you need to let ezra or ethan know how you feel " i said as mikayla was so confused

" Im sorry, but i dont know what your talking about..." Mikayla said as i nodded and reached into my pocket and it was a photo of me and mikayla freshman year before i became a vampire

" I dont want ethan or benny knowing...but im still in love with you and i want you to be happy..." I said as me and mikayla stared into each others eyes and it was like mikayla was going through tons of memories and she sighed as she gave me a weird look

" Rory? What are you doing here? Where am i? " Mikayla asked me as i side hugged her and she lightly pushed me off

" We're in Ezra's house he took you from the hospital after you fell and hit your head and you lost your memory " i said as mikayla got up

" What? Where's ethan? " Mikayla asked me

" In the kitchen with ezra " i said as mikayla took out her phone and speed dialed a number as she hid the phone in hee jacket pocket and we walked into the kitchen as ezra smiled at her

" Aw, my baby " ezra said as mikayla smiled awkwardly and they kissed in front of ethan who looked away

" What are you doing? " Mikayla asked ezra

" Just telling ethan and benny that your better with me " ezra said as mikayla smirked

" Really? Im better with you even though your my teacher right? " Mikayla asked ezra

" Yes " ezra said as he took mikayla's phone out of her pocket and smiled and broke it and mikayla's smiled sank to a frown

" Mikayla i love you " ethan said as mikayla was subtly looking at me and benny and ezra and ethan all said the same thing and mikayla looked at me with a confused expression and my eyes widened and my brows furrowed at the confusion

All the boys are in love with mikayla but who does mikayla really love...ezra was right love is a powerful word that none of us understand...maybe we're not really in love but we just like her...i mean i love her but i want her to be happy...ethan and benny were looking at each other with confused looks after saying the same thing, but before mikayla could say anything their were police lights in front of the house and ezra grabbed Mikayla's arm and ethan got protective of her as police officers knocked on the door and ezra pulled mikayla out the back and put her in his car as they drove off and the police started asking us questions and we got sent to the police station for the night as benny fell asleep on the chair and i stayed up thinking about mikayla and ethan was hungry

" Rory, use your strength to get the bars open " ethan said as i tried prying the bars open with my hands but they shocked me

" Ow " i yelped as a police officer walked in

" Yeah, those bars shock you to keep you from getting out " the officer said

" Sir, I'm telling you that my ex girlfriend is with her teacher and he snuck out the back of his house " ethan said

" I didnt see a teacher or a girl just three teenage kids breaking and entering " the officer said as he left the room
