Mikayla's pov
I woke up and i had a headache and i got up and i was in a bed and ezra walked into the room but i had a watch on my wrist but everytime i tried to use my powers it shocked my arm and ezra smiled as i backed away from him
" Where are my friends? " I asked ezra
" Oh, they forgot about you " ezra said smiling as i got confused
" What are you talking about? " I asked him
" I made them forget about you using magic " ezra said as i got confused
" You made my friends forget who i was? " I asked ezra
" What's on my wrist? " I asked ezra
" Its a watch that keeps you from using your powers " ezra said as my eyes widened
" How did you know i have power's? " I asked ezra
" I knew all your friends have powers... I've seen you using them around school " ezra said as i scoffed
" I don't have powers and neither do my friends " i said as ezra smiled at me
" I can take the watch off but you'd go for your exboyfriend " ezra said as he left the room and locked the door
I grabbed a paper clip and tried to take off the watch but it shocked me and i put the paperclip down and checked my pockets for my cellphone which ezra had so i searched through all his drawers for a laptop and i found one in his dresser and sat on the bed and i looked for Ethan's profile i sighed and closed the laptop and threw it at the window as the window broke and i sighed as i walked over to the window and stepped outside and i was nervous as i started walking and i was almost on the street when the watch shocked my wrist and i fell back on the ground as ezra walked up to me and smiled and i looked at him
" Come on " ezra said as he grabbed my arm and pulled me back into the house and sat me in the kitchen as i glanced around the room and seen a frying pan and when ezra wasn't looking i grabbed the frying pan and knocked ezra out as i took off the watch and grabbed my phone and ran home
I walked up to Ethan's house and knocked on his door as he opened it up and gave me a confused look
" Hi " i said as ethan seemed confused
" Hi? " Ethan said
" What? " I said
" Who are you? " Ethan asked me
" Im mikayla " i said as ethan was still confused
" Im sorry i dont know you " ethan said
" Hi " taylor said as my smile sank to a frown
" Hi " i said as ethan stepped outside and shut the door
" Aren't you in my class? " Ethan asked me as i nodded
" Yeah " i said
" I know you don't know me but i wanted to talk to you " i said as ethan and me walked inside and sat down but when i tried to talk to ethan he didnt remember me and i felt like tearing up...i got up and left the house and i stopped and knew that i had my powers back so i casted a spell to have my friends remember me and i walked back inside
" Why did you leave camp? " Ethan asked me
" I didnt leave camp " i said
" What are you talking about? " Ethan asked me
" I was with ezra " i said as ethan got a phone call from jo but he ignored it
" Whats wrong? " I asked ethan
" Jo keeps calling me " ethan said
" Does she know you have a girlfriend? " I asked ethan
" Yeah " ethan said as he went to the bathroom and i talked to benny
" Taylor and ethan? " I said
" Yeah, now that ethan and taylor are dating maybe you and me " benny said as i cut him off
" Benny, when we kissed it was special but i lo" i said as benny cut me off by kissing me and ethan walked into the living room as his face dropped and i moved from benny
" Its not what it looks like " i said
" First my porch and now my couch? " Ethan said to me
" He kissed me " i said as benny just stared at me
" Right like how he kissed you on the porch " ethan said as i sighed
" Ethan " i said
" Mikayla you gotta go " ethan said as i scoffed and left his house as he sat down next to benny
