"H–How? I mean... I thought you have shooting today?" I ask. "And where is Riki?"

"Woah... Woah. Easy, Kitten," He chuckled. "This is all your friend's plan. I just got a text from him yesterday then boom... I'm here."

Riki...

I swear to God... He is the sweetest man alive!

"And I think he already went home. He said he wants to give us time together," Jay smiled at me. "I'm happy that you have a friend like him."

Tears filled the corner of my eyes. I nod at what Jay said. "You are right. I'm so lucky to have him."

Jay wipe my tears away. "Hush... It's your special day. We should be happy. Alright?" I nodded my head and laugh while wiping my tears. "I cried a lot today... but it was happy tears."

Jay kissed the side of my head. "Good. Now let's eat. You must be starving," he said gently holding my hand to take a sit.

We eat the food and while talking about some random stuff. I talked a lot and good thing Jay is a great listener. While I talk he was just looking at me. Sometimes he smiles if I tell something funny, his brow will furrow when I tell him something/someone that irritated me, and so on. He shares his opinion and I really like that. He is very attentive to what I am saying.

We lay on the mattress and stared at the sky. It was peaceful. Jay held my hand so I looked at him. Our face is inches away from each other. He was staring directly into my eyes and so do I.

"I like you, Kitten," Jay blurted.

I forgot how to breathe for a minute. My heart raced so fast while staring at his serious look.

My cheeks flushed. "I–I like you, too," I whispered shyly.

Jay leaned over and kissed my forehead.
