Dumbledore's solution to the danger they all faced, was to sit back and do nothing. Even though there were now 10 death eaters walking around freely.
His inability to stand up to Voldemort, greatly angered Raya.
Harry proved to be braver than all of them, by releasing an article in The Quibbler, about how Cedric had really died.
His actions caused a lot of people to realise that Fudge had been lying to them all for months.
And having more people accept that Voldemort was back, made the Order's lives a bit easier.

Unfortunately though, it wasn't long before Umbridge found out about the DA, when it was betrayed by one of its members.
Meaning that Harry and Jamie had nothing fun to do at Hogwarts anymore, to take their minds off of Umbridge.
Dumbledore decided to take the fall for Harry, claiming that the DA had been his idea from the beginning. He was then driven from the school by Fudge, who wanted him arrested.
Although Raya has glad that Harry hadn't been expelled for starting the DA, she wasn't overly impressed that Dumbledore had just abandoned Hogwarts, leaving it in Umbridge's clutches.
When backed into a corner, Dumbledore had done what he did best, and left a bunch of children to clean up his mess.

"I'm just saying that you could be a little nicer to Dumbledore, given that he protected Harry from Fudge" said Remus.
Raya, Sirius and Remus was all sat in the kitchen in Grimmauld Place, discussing recent events.
"Harry wouldn't have needed to form the DA in the first place, if Dumbledore hadn't allowed Umbridge to control what they learned in their Defence Against the Dark Arts classes. And now that Dumbledore has fled the school, Merlin knows what pain Umbridge is inflicting on the children, now that she is the headmistress" replied Raya.

"If Dumbledore hadn't left Hogwarts, he would have been arrested" reminded Remus.
"He should have talked his way out of the situation, instead of just disappearing. Who is protecting the kids now, with him gone?" Questioned Raya.
"I'm sure the boys are fine" reassured Remus.
"Well, I wouldn't know would I. Since they can't be truthful in their letters, and both of them have been banned from going to Hogsmeade by the old hag. I wish I knew how-" Raya stopped and gasped when she saw Harry's head appear in the fireplace.

"Harry! What's wrong?" Questioned Raya, as she jumped out of her chair, and ran over to the fireplace.
When Remus and Sirius saw Harry, they too got out of their seats, and knelt down beside Raya, opposite the fireplace.
"I'm fine, I promise" insisted Harry.
"But you know it isn't safe to communicate via floo powder anymore. So, why have you risked everything to talk to us?" Asked Sirius.
"It's fine, really. I'm using the fireplace in Umbridge's office, as this one isn't being policed. And Fred and George are keeping Umbridge busy so that I can talk to you" revealed Harry.

"What did you want to talk to us about?" Quizzed Remus.
"My dad" answered Harry.
"You want to talk about James? Now? No offence Harry, but this really isn't the time to tell you stories about your dad" admitted Raya.
"I know that. But I saw one of Snape's memories of dad, and it didn't show him in a very good light... So, I wanted to ask you if he was always like that" replied Harry quietly.
"What exactly did you see in this memory?" Asked Raya.
"Well, it took place after an OWL exam. I saw you all bullying Snape in front of a large crowd" informed Harry.

"Ah. I think I know which memory you are referring to... You saw the day I got this, didn't you?" Sighed Raya, as she pointed to one of the scars on her neck, which Snape had given her.
"Yes. I thought you were going to die when I saw you covered in blood, even though I knew you couldn't possibly have died back then" admitted Harry.
"Madam Pomfrey was able to patch me up instantly, but this scar remained, because Snape used some very dark magic to cut me" replied Raya.
"I thought you were very brave to jump in front of that spell, to protect my dad"
"Well, I wasn't about to let one of my best friends get hurt. It was a split second decision, but one I would make again in a heartbeat".
