"Hey, I got your text!"

I waved to Mason who sat on the bleachers with Brett. I'm assuming he was trying to seek out who our unnatural supernaturals were.

I greeted Brett with a chaste kiss before slumping myself next to him. "So, what are we watching?"

I pointed forward and we all looked at the pitch. Soccer tryouts and Lacrosse practice were currently occurring.

"Liam competing against his sixth-grade bully," Mason nonchalantly explained.

I gasped throning my full attention to Mason. "The girl?"

"Hayden," Mason nodded with slight excitement.

Who am I kidding? We were both smiling like kids. "Which one is she–no wait let me guess!" I yelled in excitement carefully scanning the field.

If it's one thing I'm going to be dedicated to in my life it's this. I looked around at different players and then saw who Liam was making eye contact with.

Oh yeah, they definitely hated each other. And I was definitely here for it.

Until Brett coughed making me realise I was supposed to be here for him. Sadly I have my priorities set straight.

Liam's potential, most definite, love life.

"Ooh uniform," I smoothed my hand over Brett's shoulder and then sighed in disappointment. "It's too bad I like the lacrosse one better."

"So you tell me every day," Brett smiled leaning down to give me a long kiss.

I stopped him before turning to Mason. "Sophomore, take notes if your types werewolf."

"It sure as hell ain't Skyler's," Brett muttered before placing an arm around my waist.

Mason's head lifted to stare at me. "It isn't?"

I glared at Brett. A big long glare. "It totally is."

"Yeah when she's not going for weird-named, skinny, dark-haired–"

I made sure to kiss him long enough so he wasn't snitching. Gotta hate werewolves.

Brett placed his arm around my shoulder before pulling away and then we both continued to stare out into the field.

Meanwhile, Mason started flicking through pictures again speaking about every individual student.

"You okay?" Brett whispered while Mason was giving us a vague biography of another person.

It is truly concerning how much a sixteen-year-old can find out about someone.

Then again Mason is on the lookout for a new boyfriend so that could play a factor in this.

I looked at Brett and nodded trying not to give anything away. "Fine."

"You reeked of guilt before you even got here Sky." He whispered before looking directly at my eyes. "And your mascaras slightly smudged. Are you hooking up with someone?"

Now it's not the last part that had me rushing for my phone camera. It was the smudged mascara.

"What?!" I yelled grabbing my phone to check. Lydia is going to kill me and–he's lying.
