Not completely proof read so bare with me.

"It's like they want me to stop worrying about their well-being," Skyler muttered frustratedly ending the call on voicemail once more.

She's been trying to get through to Scott and the others for the past ten minutes and it's been heading straight to voicemail.

She's asked three times now to leave to check on the others and I've replied with the same thing.

Stick to the plan.

I also don't want to suffer Theo Raeken's annoying ass for the next five or so hours so she's staying. Hopefully, she'll use that irritating personality of hers to annoy Theo.

I'm hoping.

She quickly lunges forward between the two front seats and looks at Theo handing him her phone. "You try."

"What difference will it make?" He asked and she shrugged with a sly smile.

"I don't know, maybe those muscles will bring more than my sight good luck," she winked and I scoffed snatching the phone off her.

If she wanted to flirt she could do it outside the jeep far away from me and the plan I have to catch this guy.

Her face dropped and she watched me dial Scott's number. It went straight to voicemail which was enough for her to snatch it right back.

Scott owes me big time.

"This is why get the hot hunk of muscles to do things," she whispered as though Theo couldn't hear her.

"Sky," I put on a slick sweet tone.

"Yes?" She smiled at me.

"Shut the hell up."

Her face dropped as she slumped back in her seat. "I forgot how frustrated you get," she muttered with a slight yawn.

"I didn't forget how much of a pain in the ass you are," I retorted and she slumped down further into her seat raising lazily flipping me off.

I expected her to get tired within the first half hour since she's been sleep deprived since the night at the station. But she's lasted an hour in.

"So Theo. I think you should know we have a tradition here. Are you interested in becoming part of the tradition?" She was grinning.

When Skyler is anything but mad everyone should be afraid. And I mean everyone.

Theo looked at me as if he wanted an answer to what she was on about. I shrugged not bothering to participate in her schemes.

Hell, I've done it for the past seventeen years. I'm retired.

"Sure?" He didn't seem so sure.

"Great! So, twenty questions?" She was back to leaning forward so her face was in the middle of our seats.

"No."

Theo seemed confused at my intrusion. I was saving him he should be glad. There is nothing like Skyler's twenty questions. She can switch from deep and personal to ruthless in about a second flat and–on second thought...

"Actually be my guest."

"Like we needed your approval," Skyler pushed my face away lightly and I glared at her.

God, she could be so irritating all of the time.

"Okay, so you know how this works right?" Her head was turned to Theo but before he nodded she decided to explain the game anyway. "My version is somewhat different. We take turns asking questions and if you can't answer you do a forfeit."
