Jacob meets Chloe who looks tensed.

Jacob: Chloe? What's wrong?

Chloe: You tell me. Who are you...and why did he say you are a vampire?

Jacob: what...what are you talking about?

Chloe: Don't play dumb with me. I also eavesdropped on their conversations when I found you spying on them. Tell me the truth. Who are you? Who is Jason, Peter, Eddie...and Red? Are we all safe?

Jacob: Listen. You don't need to worry about a thing, okay? Nothing's gonna happen to you.

Chloe: And you? Is anything gonna happen to you? Are you really a vampire. (Grabs his hands) please tell me.

Jacob: (looks down and sighs) Yes...yes I am.

Chloe: (let's go of him and gasps) Oh my Gosh!! That explains a lot...er...the note and your skin...and why Jason is always up in your business. Jason! He's a werewolf right?!

Jacob:...Chloe!

Chloe: ...and vamps and werewolves don't mix right?...

Jacob: ...Chloe!!

Chloe: ...but this doesn't make any sense! You guys don't exist...I mean they don't exist...oh my gosh...I...

Jacob: (grabs her) Chloe!!! Listen to me! Don't over think this, okay? You have no connection in this. Nothing's gonna happen to you and...

Chloe: And you... What's gonna happen to you? (She searches his eyes)

Jacob: I have to go. (He let's her go and leaves immediately).

Chloe: Jake! Jacob!!

(Ashley and Kelly runs to her.)

Kelly: Chloe I'm so glad you're okay! (Hugs her)

Ashley: We've been looking everywhere for you.

Chloe: (frustrated) Why? What's up?

Ashley: Didn't you hear? A girl away murdered in the hallway. The police are interrogating students as we speak!

Chloe: What?!

Kelly: Her body was found and she looked dried up and... decayed.

Chloe: (thinks to herself) Did Jacob...? No. Red..? Of course not!...Then who could do this?

Ashley: Chloe! You zoned off.

Chloe: Sorry I just...(the bell rings) I have to get to class.

(In class, Wren, Ash and Kyle are no where to be seen. Jacob arrives late and gets a scolding from the teacher.)

Teacher: And where have you been, young man?

Jacob: I...I'm sorry ma'am. It won't happen again.

Teacher: Better. Take a seat.

Jacob: Thanks.

(He looks around and sees a seat close to Jason. He goes over and sits down)

Jason: Four demons were missing from class. Then one suddenly appears and wants us to believe that he's not a demon. (He mumbled)

Jacob: I came late coz I was in the bathroom, okay?

Jason: Sure. (Attempts to write but can't. He's shoulder still hurts from the fight) Darn it.

Jacob: For someone who claims to be strong, you couldn't even knock out one vampire.

Jason: He was just lucky. (he mumbled)

Jacob: Yeah. And you were just bruised. (he chuckled)

Jason: (chuckled) Don't think you're a tough guy just because of one punch you threw.

Jacob: You mean the punch that sent him staggering?

Jason: No I mean the punch that made so furious that he flung you across the room. (they laugh)

Teacher: Boys! Anything you want to share with the class?

Jacob: No. Sorry again.

Teacher: I don't want to hear it. Don't disrupt my class.

(Jacob looks around and sees Chloe staring at him. He immediately averts his gaze.)

Teacher: (the bell rings) okay. That will be all for now. You may all go home but be careful...as you all know, a murder has been committed here. Also the police are likely to ask some of you some questions. (She leaves).

(Jacob is about to leave but he's stopped by Peter)

Peter: (whispers) Do you know why those guys are here?

Jacob: No. I've never seen them before.

Peter: But you're one of them...I mean a...(he is interrupted by someone... Chloe)

Chloe: Jacob can I talk to you for a sec?

Jacob: No I gotta go. See you all later. (He looks at Peter who nods)

Peter: We'll speak later.

(They all leave but Chloe follows Red)

Chloe: Red! Stop I'm talking to you!

Red: And I'm ignoring you. (She continues walking)

Chloe: (runs after her and grabs her arm) Stop! Listen to me.

Red: What do you want, princess?

Chloe: Stop calling me that! I want answers and I want them now.

Red: What is it? (Asks sarcastically)

Chloe: You're a werewolf, right? (Looking at her sternly)

Red: (shocked) What... what are you talking about?

Chloe: Just answer me! I know Jacob's a vampire and I overheard your conversation Jason, Peter and Eddie. You're a werewolf right?

Red: (sighs) listen. Don't get involved in this. You may get hurt and...

Chloe: Please don't act like you care. How could you keep this from me?

Red: I have to go. (Attempts to leave but Chloe holds her arm) Leave me.

Chloe: Not until you answer my questions. Did you kill that girl?!

Red: (angered) Is that what you think of me. (Grabs her hand making Chloe fall) Stay away from me! It's for your own good... princess.
(She leaves)

Chloe: (stands up) Red! Get back here! (She starts tearing up. A student approaches her)

Student: Are you okay?

Chloe: Yes I'm fine

(She leaves).

A/N
I'm torn here and I need some help from you guys. I want Jacob to end up with one of the girls but I don't know who.

Which do you prefer?
Jacob and Red or Jacob and Chloe.
