and that tonight he was right
in front of her and he was
in her room and tapping
on her door and sitting
right next to her and that
when she closes her eyes
he's right in front of her

and so she can't fall back
asleep but then she closed
her eyes for a bit and he
was touching her face and
that he kept touching her
and he was saying something
but she couldn't hear him
because she wasn't actually
asleep and that she couldn't
even read his lips because
he speaks a language she's
never heard but she
understands him perfectly

and then she looked out
the window and he was
standing across the street
from her apartment and that
she knows he's real because
she could really feel it when
he was touching her face
like he was actually there
