Chris sat in his room pouting. He was upset because one of his toys broke and he couldn't fix it. He wiped his nose again and rubbed his hand on his pants. He got angry easily. And when he got angry, he cried. He was angry because he couldn't figure out how to fix it. He picked up his Speak and Spell. He loved playing with the thing, but now it wouldn't turn on. He walked downstairs.
"Where are you going with that?" Michael asked, pointing to him. He leaned over the armrest of the couch.
"Downstairs." Chris said.
"Y'know he's not gonna give a shit." He said flatly.
"I don't care!" Chris yelled and stormed downstairs."Watch him come up the stairs all mad."
"He probably will," Melanie says. She's been messing with Michael for more than a year, he's grown used to it now. He actually quite enjoyed their company. Chris made it to the bottom of the stairs and walked over to William's office. He stood on his tippy toes to turn the doorknob. He pushed the door open and stared at his dad.William sat at his desk trying to think of possible new designs. There were multiple crumpled up papers on the floor by the trash can. Fredbear's Diner has been open for about a year. But it was getting so popular, Henry and William decided they needed some new characters. And William would never admit it, but it was a bit harder than it should be.
"Daddy?" Chris spoke. Willaim kept scribbling. Chris walked up to him and tapped his leg.
"Daddy?" He said again. William looked down.
"It's broken." He said holding up the Speak and Spell.
"Not now darling." Willaim said, looking back at his desk. Chris furrowed his brows.
"Now!" Chris yelled. William glared at Chris with wide eyes.
"No. I'm busy." He said sternly, staring at Chris. They stared at each other for not even a few seconds before breaking eye contact. Chris didn't like eye contact.
"Fix it! Now!" He yelled, slamming the toy on his desk.He threw his fists around. William grabbed his wrist.
"No! Listen to me!" Chris shook his head.
"Fix it now! Please please please! Fix it! Fix it!" He struggled to get out of his fathers grip. William grabbed his other wrist.
"Let go!"
"Chris! No! When I'm busy, I'm busy! I'll fix your toy later! Go find something else to do!" He let go of Chris. He grabbed the Speak and Spell and threw it on the ground on the other side of the desk. Tears fell down his face.
"I wanna play with it now!"
"WHAT DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND?!!" William screamed. Chris let sobs escape his mouth. William took some deep breaths.
"Chris. When I tell you to do something, you do it." William said, his voice in a calm passive aggressive tone. "If I tell you not now and I go do something else. You go do something else and be patient. Okay?"Chris nodded.
"Good." He looked at the floor before groaning and rolling his eyes. He picked up the Speak and Spell and grabbed a screwdriver. He opened up the battery compartment. He opened a drawer and pulled out some batteries. He took the old ones out and put the new ones in. He screwed the compartment shut again.
"Here." He shoved the toy into Chris's chest.
"Take the damn thing. You distracted me long enough. Now go." He waved his hand at the door as he rubbed his forehead. Chris smiled and ran up the stairs. Michael watched as he happily ran to his room.
"Damn. He's not mad." He said.
"That's a surprise."———————————————-

School was in one week. It was Michael's open house tonight. He wanted to go, because he was now in 6th grade. It's a new school. Henry and William already brought him out school shopping. So he had everything he needed. The open house was from 1-5. Michael looked at the clock. It was 3:30.
Did he forget?
"I think he did." Melanie replied. Michael let out a sigh and stood up. He made his way down to the basement, the steps creaking with every step. He knocked on William's office door.
"Hello? Dad? It's me, Michael. Can I come in?"
"Yeah sure." William said through the door and he walked in. Willaim was once again working on new designs. He had some drawings hanging up. There was a chicken. One was yellow, one was white. There was a bunny. It looked similar to Spring Bonnie.
