I felt awake, I felt the blanket wrapped around me. I felt warm, safe, and even tho I don't want to feel that way, I feel broken. Like something is missing, something perfect is gone. And I can't get it back, I don't want to open my eyes. I don't want to see the colors from the crystals in my window, shine into the room. I just want to hold on the the warm, safe feeling. I hear the faint sound of a phone getting a text. I slowly sit up, I still don't want to open my eyes. I sit for around 15 minutes, before I finally open my eyes. I look around the room, and realize I should have done that before. The beautiful colored lights from the crystals, calms me down. I swing my feet over the edge of the bed. I don't feel the ground, I search for it. I finally get up, and walk to my computer. Next to it is my phone, I open it.
'Thank you... so much Karen...' Jade texted me 16 minutes ago.
'For...?' I text back.
'For the ring! Have you forgot?'
'I guess my amnesia is getting worse...'
'Oh... I'm sorry...'
'Don't worry about it...'
And with that I walked to my closet, I find a lightblue dress with flowers printed on. I let the soft fabric slide over my head, a warm feeling is filling my body. I walked up to my bed, I sat infront of the window. I looked at the streets, and for some reason, I was hoping to see Dawn walking back to Adam.
"Sometimes... It just doesn't work out..." A tear ran down my cheak. I felt eyes staring at me, I turned my head and saw Seto.
"H-Hey..." He said quietly.
"Hi..."
"Breakfeast is ready..." The awkward silence echoed in the room.
"Alright..."
I waited a bit, just a few minutes, just to see if Dawn would come back. 'She's not comeing back' I thought to myself.
I walked down the stairs, the others were talking and laughing. I listened closer, and was happy to hear that Adam was laughing. I put on a smile and walked downstairs. I suddenly tripped and landed on my face. I was quiet for a second, the others stared at me. I looked up, I turned my head towards them.
"Ow..." I said.
The others burst into laughter. Ty fell out of his chair, making us all laugh even louder. I got up again, still giggling. I sat down and got a bowl of cereal. I finished and just sat there, listening to the others.
"What should we do to day?" I asked.
"Who's time is it to choose what we do?" Mitch asked Jerome.
"It's The Frog's turn to choose!" Jerome yelled at The Frog.
"Wait me?" The Frog asked, making us all laugh.
"Yeah! You!" I laughed.
"Let's go to the beach, beach. Let's go get away, they say, what they are gonna say!" He started to sing. We all laughed at him.
"Let's go!" Adam shouted to the table.
"Adam...?" I asked quietly.
"What?"
"I don't have a swimsuit..."
"You do! There's a sport bikini in your closet."
"Oh phew! Thank god!" I smiled. "I'll go pack my stuff!"
I ran up the stairs, and into my room. I started the quest 'Look for sports bikini!'.
I searched for good 20 minutes, before I had to call for Adam.
"ADAM!!"
"WHAT?!"
"I CAN'T FIND IT!!"
"ONE MOMENT!! I'M RECORDING!!"
"NOW!!"
"ALRIGHT! ALRIGHT!"
Adam walked into the room, he stared at me for second.
"You are a weird girl, you know?"
"As you haven't told already." I grinned.
