Jasper pov

Shocked would be an understatement. Carlisle took the phone from Edward and put it on speaker though we could hear him perfectly. "hey guys. " he said.

"hey son, what's going on?" Carlisle asked. Edward laughed and said, "chill Carlisle. Bella may not be my sister but we are not romantically involved either. Yes we were but not anymore. We are best friends. Her blood has no effect on me. So I am no threat to her. Can't say same to you. Hurt her and I won't care that you are my creator or father or brother. I will kill you. " he said threateningly.

"Edward Anthony masen Cullen. Do not threaten my mates. " Bella shouted.

"oops. Full name. Trouble. " Edward said laughing. "enjoy and keep her safe. Bye bell " he shouted. Bella rolled her eyes and said, "bye Eddie. Don't worry I will give your special hi to... " she trailed off and Edward groaned and hung up.

"wow that was unexpected. I thought I would have to fight him to get you. But here he is threatening us like. " Carlisle said staring at the phone.

Bella chuckled. ,"ya Edward is protective of me. He and the pack know about you being my mates. He and the pack have come close. " she sighed happily.

"how?" I aasked.

"he has a mate " she said

"and?" I prompted.

"Leah" she said

"what?"

"Leah Clearwater is his mate "
What? We shouted.

She nodded smiling. We smiled after a while. We were happy for Edward. "then why didn't he come into the open about it ?" I asked.

"Leah didn't accept him right away. She just did it recently. And then to he didn't want to open up until you guys accepted me otherwise Alice and esme would have insisted that I had no relation to th family left. And we didn't kiss or anything. Just cuddled like friends. " she said. I growled at Alice's name. But nodded. I was thankful to Edward for being there for her.

She smiled which turned to a smirk as she stripped my shirt and let it fall to the ground.

Our gazes immediately darkened as we stared at her. She smiled and rushed to the shower with us close behind. Thus was going to be one hell of a shower.
