hii i know it's been a bit. so before this chapter i'm gonna give a brief explanation on why luke is there and how he got such a rich boat since i feel like a lot of u would be confused by that. if u don't wanna read it just skip it.

basically since the pogues have been gone for weeks, ward healed and recovered. him and rafe needed a way to get to the pogues (for sarah) but couldn't plan it out. rafe comes up with getting someone to get one of their boats and take it to the island where the pogues were. so they tracked sarah down with this tracker they had ever since john b and sarah went missing and then asked luke to go and find them. of course knowing luke didn't care enough unless there was something in it for him and doesn't care about his own son, so he needed more. ward offered him a million dollars and that set luke off to get the pogues with a ship that ward had. (luke came back when jj went missing and the reason ward and rafe didn't do it themselves was because they werent in obx anymore and it would be too risky to move around anywhere and not be caught.)

we all sat down on the bed and thought of things we could do while in this stupid boat.
suddenly cleo got up and start looking around and touching everything she could find "what are you doing?" jj asked as he got up and stood by her, scratching his head.
"we've been sitting around talking for hours. why don't we just look and see what we can find to entertain us or even get us out of this shit hole". we all agreed and got up to start looking.
i started to look around the room. in draws, closets, behind the curtains. at that point i'd gotten tired again since i hadn't slept properly in days, so i went to lay down on the bed while the others searched. i was about to fall asleep unintentionally until i felt someone else jump on the mattress.
"what's up" jj asked with a grin on his face. i chuckled and moved closer to him. i know it's not ideal for us to have a conversation while our friends try to get us off a kidnapping ship, but i was in desperate need of communication.
"not much. i recently got stranded on a island with these idiots for a few weeks and then got kidnapped by one of their dads but yk, pretty ordinary." i said with sarcasm showing a bit too much in my voice.
he raised an eyebrow before replying. "crazy cause the same thing happened to me". for some reason i couldn't stop smiling when i talked to him. our conversations never got boring.
we continued talking until i looked over at the window. anyone who knew me knew i loved sunsets and there was a beautiful one right outside. so i walked over and looked at it while jj followed me. "well now i have 2 beautiful sites to look at." i turned my head and looked over at him standing a few steps behind me. he had his hands in his pocket and the sweetest smile i've ever seen. at that moment i'd realised a feeling that i'd known i had, but was in denial about. but before i had a chance to do anything about it, i was interrupted.
"guys i think i found a door over here" john b called for us to come check it out.

hii i know it's been a whole month and i'm sorry but this has been in my drafts for a while since i wanted to make it one of the better chapters. and sorry i've been so inactive i'm about to become a junior so i've been looking into colleges and i recently got a job so there's a whole lot to focus on than when i started the story so i've lost a bit of motivation. i really do like this chapter though and i hope u guys do too!!
