As Rintaro and Osamu had finished their revision in the library, Osamu decided to bring Rintaro to pay a visit to the blonde who was still stuck in the hospital for a few more days.

"Tsumu?" Osamu said, opening his hospital room door as he was holding a bag of snacks again for Atsumu.

"Samu?" Atsumu said, having a plastic spoon dangling from his mouth.

"Hey Tsumu." Rintaro said, waving his hand.

"Suna's here too, what's the occasion with the both of you being together?" Atsumu said, closing the tablet that was playing a drama Atsumu had been watching for a while.

"Just preparing for our college entrance exams, it's nothing much but Samu wanted to get you snacks before we dropped by." Rintaro said, looking for the grey haired boy who was placing the snacks onto a table.

"Right, Does Sakusa know about it?" Rintaro remembered, sitting up as he was lying down on the bed earlier.

"..He's probably the only person who doesn't know by now." Atsumu paused for a while.

"Hold on, Komori knows?" Osamu said, looking towards Atsumu.

"Kita-san told me he heard it when you were talking to him." Atsumu said, showing his smartphone to Osamu.

"Are you not gonna tell him?" Rintaro said, after hesitating for a while.

"..If I tell him, He definitely won't walk out of this. But if I break off the relationship, at least he'll be  able to walk out of it with his family with him." Atsumu paused again, upset with his decisions.

"Whatever decision you make, I'll respect it. But I hope you'll be able to tell him about this illness since we're not sure if it's curable." Osamu said, seeing his twin brother upset.

"Samu's not wrong. If Sakusa finds out about it later you both break up, Won't he hate himself for not being there for you?" Rintaro said, trying to convince Atsumu into telling Kiyoomi the truth.

"If you're too scared, we'll be there with you together to tell him when time comes. You don't have to do it alone." Osamu said, sitting on the chair next to Atsumu's hospital bed.

"Getting a bone marrow transplant isn't easy, There's a chance I'll die on the surgery table if I'm not strong enough. If I suddenly leave, What's gonna happen to Omi-kun?" The blonde boy said.

"Your nosebleeds and fevers are getting more frequent. He'll know sooner or later, so why don't we just tell him the truth, Tsumu?" Osamu said, holding onto Atsumu clothing.

"Rather then keeping him in the dark, it's best to let him be in the light where he's able to accompany you through this." Rintaro said, placing his hands onto Atsumu's shoulders.

"..When, are they paying their visit to the hospital again?" Atsumu said, finally deciding to tell Kiyoomi.

As Mr and Mrs. Miya arrived at the hospital after they had finished work, they heard about Atsumu's decision to tell Kiyoomi about his illness rather than keeping him in the dark.

"Mom and Dad respects your decision, but when we're planning to tell Mom you were getting married to him when you make it through this?" Mrs. Miya said calmly, looking at the ring on Atsumu's left ring finger.

The design was simple as both of them liked to keep it simple but memorable.
