RISHAB'S POV
"How are you feeling now?" I ask bhaisa coming inside his room with medicines . "You do know you gave us all good scare to last a lifetime " I said seeing bhabhisa and ashi crying silently sitting on sofa
"I know never again I will miss my blood pressure medicines. I never realise I will get a spell of dizziness while driving two wheeler all because of missing my medicines " bhaisa said and I could feel he was already feeling guilty and my bhabhisa's tears were not helping his guilt . Sighing I placed my hand on his and said , " It's ok. All that matters is you are fine now "
"Rishabh I won't thank you because you are family..... I just want to tell you how proud I am seeing the way you handle the situation.... I am relaxed now knowing your bhabhisa, ashi and ansh are in good hands if anything happens to me" bhaisa said patting my back. "I have you to lean on " bhaisa said and I hugged him immediately knowing all we four have always craved for was family...someone other than our spouse to be called as family too and finally we have now a family who understands and supports each other. Once our emotional moment pass over we realised girls are still crying in fact more now listening to us.
Bhaisa raised his eyebrows looking at me . I winked at bhaisa and went toward the sofa sitting between bhabhisa and Ashi I took both of them in a side hug and I said, "why are my beautiful ladies crying ...I don't like tears in both of your eyes "
Listening to me Ashi stood up immediately looking at bhaisa then towards bhabhisa then me and at last at her feet jumping from one leg to another nervously . Her expressions were scandalised making me amused at her reaction . My little nervous bundle I thought and held her hand and dragged her to the sofa making her seat beside me "relax side hugging your wife is a normal thing and bhaisa and bhabhisa wont mind " I said
She looked at me shocked at what I said and glared at me then looked down realising everyone was watching her . "Rishabh don't tease Ashi" bhaisa scolded me
"You are just jealous that you are not getting to hug bhabhisa " I said showing him my tongue
"I will serve everyone breakfast bhaisa had to take his medicines " Ashi said moving away from me it will take time for her to open up and live freely as all her life she has been feed only stupid things . It was different when we both were alone but here in front of all she is again very cautious but thankfully she has not returned to her shell .
ASHI'S POV
I was making plates when I felt as if everything is revolving around me . I held the table for support and took deep breaths . It was just for a few seconds . Once I felt better I tried to go towards Rishabhji when I felt the same thing again but this time the intensity was much worst . I called his name and all I could see was darkness around me.
The moment I opened my eyes I saw I was lying on another bed in the room with my head on bhabhisa's lap and Rishabhji was sitting beside me his hand was caressing my right hand . A nurse was seeing something on machine which was attached to a belt wrapped around my left arm . "Relax they are taking your blood pressure" Rishabhji said realising that I am panicking . I calmed down immediately listening his voice
"Ashi have you felt like that before?" The doctor asked me after the nurse removed the belt and said some numbers to the doctor . She was listening to something from a strange thing that she had placed in her ears and had placed a round instrument on my chest and touched my stomach area with her palm . I nodded my head in yes feeling Rishabhji getting tensed beside me when I informed the doctor I was feeling like this from last week. He looked hurt and sad that I didn't say anything to him but in my defence I never realised that this was anything serious.
"Anything else that you felt ?" Doctor asked again
" I have been feeling nauseated for a few days and weakness but that was due to lack of sleep and we were travelling before that a change of food and weather...." I said guilty of all the trouble I am causing them
"What's wrong doctor? Is it because of food or exertion ?" Rishabh ji asked
"Mr. Maheshwari I think your wife is two months pregnant you should visit gynaecologist to confirm " doctor said making all of us shocked . I immediately looked towards Rishabhji his face was blank.
Rishabhji dropped my hand and stood up immediately shocked . Seeing our reaction doctor sighed "I think you both should talk with each other. Mr. Maheshwari contraceptives are not 100 percent effective and your wife looks weak make sure she gets all the nutrients she needs ...your gynaecologist will guide you better ." The doctor said before going.
She thought we all were shocked because we have not planned for the child but the reality is something else . Tears escaped my eyes . Before anyone could say anything Rishabhji left the room.
"Ashi drink some water " bhabhisa said forwarding me glass of water . Once I drank water she wipe my tears and I hugged her immediately. I cried and cried to my heart content in her arms . She just sat there letting me cry caressing my back and hairs from time to time . After some time she said , "it's not good for baby and your health calm down bachha we all are with you ." And kissed my forehead
"Ri...sob...Rishabhji...sob" I asked crying
"Ashi he will come around give him some time ...trust him" bhaisa said and I nodded
Bhabhisa made me sleep on her lap i held her hand tightly and cried calling for Rishabhji i didnot realise when sleep overtook me
