Travis pov (mostly)

Eyes flickering open, Travis weakly sat up.

Where was he?

Oh yeah, in the hotel. He heard a faucet running and smirked. He stood up quickly and immediately collapsed back onto the bed. He had completely forgotten about his broken ankle. "Stupid Travis, stupid." Travis berated himself under his breath as he limped/hopped inch by inch towards the bathroom.

He touched the door handle and concentrated. A faint click and he was in. He sniggered at Katies singing and immediately scribbled "I SEE YOU SINGING KATIE-KAT" onto the mirror.

Hearing the faucet stop, Travis bolted as fast as he could with a broken ankle out of the door, locking it while silently thinking ,"Thank you dad for these amazing ninja skills."

He flung himself onto the bed just as Katie screamed. He heard rustling and shuffling until the door was flung open. He pretended to be asleep as Katie stormed towards him, eyes blazing. Her beautiful forest emerald eyes blazed with greek fire as she shook him awake while screaming in his ear "I KNOW YOU ARE AWAKE! WAKE UP!" His eyes opened immediately scaring Katie and he eyes widened as he pulled Katie onto the bed next to him.

She looked so pretty in the light with her widened eyes glistening. He noticed that her shirt was inside out. Haha. She was shocked for a moment while they stared into each other's eyes but then she started to wiggle out of his grasp. She rolled off the bed and glared at him blushing furiously.

I glanced around the room, and for the first time I noticed that there was only one bed that was big enough for two people. "Katie-kat, why is there only one bed?"

She blushed a darker shade of red if that's even possible and explained that there were no more rooms with separate beds left. I was blushing so hard I thought I would overheat and explode on the bed. However, I am Travis Stoll so I covered it up with a smirk.

"So Katie-kat, after I take a bath, we can share this," He patted the bed. "Together." He spread his hands confidently. She turned around huffing, muttering about how insufferable he was. He could see her ears turn red and was sure it wasn't the sunset affecting it. He relaxed, looking at the window with moth-eaten drapes. He breathed in the air conditioner as he thought, this quest wasn't that bad after all.
