Right after hearing those words, the room became silent, so silent that you could hear a pin drop. Lisa looked at the girls and noticed that their eyes reflected fear and uncertainty. Before she could go to them however, GD smacked T.O.P in the back of his head. "Yah! That wasn't the plan you idiot!" GD said, "chill, I was just pranking them, sorry ladies, it was all a joke." T.O.P said while giving out peace signs. You can immediately feel the relief after hearing those words. "While going back to being trainees was a joke, the 6 months hiatus is true, let me explain." GD said. "When Lisa forwarded us the information regarding your dreams, we did the research for ourselves to see how we can help you girls. And what we've come up with is like a mentorship program, for 6 months, you will be partnered with someone to improve your skills. First up, Dami, we all heard your version of Bang Bang Bang as well as your original song Once upon a time, and can I say that I am, no, we are very impressed with your skills as a rapper and as a songwriter, so for this "mentorship" we decided that T.O.P and me will be your mentor, if that is alright with you" GD announced.

Dami couldn't utter a single word except to nod her head, she then leaned over to Yoohyeon and said "I think I'm gonna faint" which made the latter chuckle. CL then stood up and said "Gahyeon, you're with me, I'm gonna teach you all I've learned to become the best female rapper." to which Gahyeon excitedly agreed. "As for JiU, Handong and Yoohyeon, you will be partnered with Bom and Dara to further improve your vocal and variety skills. For SuA, you will be working with YGX and Minzy and lastly, Siyeon, you'll be partnered with Taeyang and Daesung for your vocals. This will start as soon as your current promotions end." GD continued. "And by the way, if ever you feel like you lack a certain skill, say Siyeon wants to improve her dancing, you can always join SuA in her mentorship, same goes to the others, you can switch anytime . Do you have any questions or objections?" GD asked. Siyeon raised her hand and asked: "Why are you doing this? I'm sorry if it sounds rude but I'm just curious." "To answer your question, we are doing this mainly to improve all of your skills, not that your skills are lacking. No, all of you are super talented, we just want all of you to realize your full potential, that's all there is to it. This is just like going back to school for a refresher. If you get what I mean, you will get the guidance you need, something that we didn't have when we were active as idols." Taeyang replied to which Siyeon nodded in approval.

"So, no other questions? Great, so this meeting is over, we'll see you in a few months, y'all can go ahead and tour as much as you want and lastly, welcome to YG Entertainment!" GD said as all of the shareholders stood up and clapped their hands. Dreamcatcher, Blackpink and Mr. Lee stood up as well and bowed as the shareholders went out one by one.

After a few minutes of silence, SuA couldn't contain it anymore and just squealed out of happiness. "Guys! This is happening! Our dreams are slowly coming true!" She said with teary eyes. The rest of the girls were also trying to hold back their tears . While the girls were buzzing with excitement, they didn't notice that Blackpink was still in the room, happy to witness that little moment. Mr. Lee then stood up "Well, girls, I guess it's also time for me to go back to the office, we still need to work on your current comeback. Blackpink Sajangnim, once again thank you for this wonderful opportunity, we will do our best and make sure to not disappoint all of you." Mr. Lee said with a bow as he prepared himself to leave. "Abeoj!" JiU called their CEO, "Yes Minji?" he replied. Instead of replying, all of the girls ran towards their CEO and hugged him while crying. Mr. Lee can't help but shed a few tears as well. "Now, girls don't cry, I know this is all new to us, all of us are nervous and excited for this new chapter and I trust all of you to know how important this is. Make me proud, as always arraseo?" He said. "We will Abeoji '' JiU replied at the same time, she faced Blackpink along with the girls and bowed "We won't let you down Blackpink Sajangnim!" All of them shouted while bowing.

Blackpink let the girls recover for a while before speaking. Jennie went first "So, uhm, how are you girls? Sorry for not letting you know beforehand, we were trying to make it as discreet as possible so as to avoid any issues." No, it's okay, we understand. It's all so overwhelming to be honest, in a span of 2 hours we became a part of YG then we are now being mentored by the legendary Big Bang and 2ne1, this all seems like a dream." SuA responded to which the other girls agreed. "Understood, don't worry you'll get used to it. By the way, Lisa, do you have their IDs?" Jennie asked. "Yes I have, here you go ladies." Lisa replied as she distributed the IDs to the girls. "YG Ent. Singer/Idol, wow this looks so cool!" Yoohyeon said as she checked her ID. "Yes and it also serves as an access pass, so with that, you have access to all of the training rooms, gym, and recording studios." Rose replied with a smile. "Oh by the way, we forgot to inform you to start packing your things." Jisoo said. "Huh? Why?" Dami asked. "All of you will be transferring to another dorm, remember Blackpink House?" Jisoo replied. "Oh my God! Really?!?" All of them asked/shouted which made Blackpink laugh. "Yes." Jennie said while laughing. "I'll give you a tour there if you want," Lisa said.

After a few minutes, the rest of Blackpink bid their goodbyes, leaving Lisa and Dreamcatcher in the conference room. The girls were still kind of shocked but are now clearly excited about being a part of YG. This made Lisa smile as she remembered her excitement when she got accepted in YG as a trainee. Since she was busy with her thoughts, she did not notice that Handong was on her way to her until she tapped Lisa's shoulder. "Oh! Handong! I didn't notice you there, what's up?" Lisa asked. Handong looked at her with teary eyes and hugged her instead of saying anything. Lisa patted Handong on the back, understanding what she wanted. "How about we start the tour eh?" Lisa asked. "Sure but, can we retouch our make-up first, it would be embarrassing to go out with makeup stains all over our face." JiU said jokingly. "Hahaha! Sure JiU-ssi, take your time." Lisa answered. JiU-ssi? I guess she's still in business mode. JiU thought.

After they retouched their makeup the girls were ready. Lisa led them to the ground floor first and into the front desk where they will have their IDs and faces scanned in order to activate it, that way they will have access whenever they go to the main office. "Sajangnim?" Gahyeon asked. "Yes Gahyeon-ssi?" Lisa replied. "Uh, this might sound stupid but I just want to know, will we be coming here starting next week for practice? How about our old office?" "No, it's not stupid Gahyeon-ssi, to answer your question, it's actually up to you, the DCC office is still open so you can still go there to practice, or you can do it here." Lisa answered. She then led them to the elevator. Once they reached the second floor, they went out "Ah! Here we are! Girls, the first thing I want to show is what we call the restaurant zone, the entire 2nd floor is the cafeteria. I know how you girls work up an appetite because of your choreo so, if ever you're here to practice the cafeteria is always open for you. We have a selection of meals consisting of Korean and International dishes, we have desserts and we also have our trusty coffee machine whenever you need a boost in caffeine." Lisa said as she welcomed them to the pantry. "Wow! This is huge! Look at all the food! This is like one of those all you can eat buffets I saw on Youtube!" SuA said in amazement. "I know right! And the food tastes good too!" Yoohyeon said while munching on a croissant. "How did you- where did you get that?" Dami asked, amazed at how quickly Yoohyeon was able to get food. "Hahahahaha!" Lisa can't help but laugh out loud. "You're very fast Yoohyeon-ssi, well since we're here and it's almost lunchtime, go ahead and take your lunch!" Lisa said. The girls did not need to be told again as they raced towards the trays to get their food.
