We walked around the mall just catching up and having fun. When we got home I dropped all the bags and jumped onto my bed. "Worst day EVER!" I complained. "Best day EVER!" said Lauren. We laughed and then had dinner, hamburger and fries. Yum. We then watched TV until it was eleven. "Bed time," I said. Lauren groaned in response. I laughed before helping her up. We went into my room and I threw on my pj's. I then brushed my teeth and combed my hair before putting it into a ponytail. After washing my face clean of makeup I went to bed. I couldn't help but dream just a little about my date tomorrow.

Cici's POV

"Rise and shine sweet cheeks! You got a date today and hunny someone has to pretty you up!" yelled Lauren while oh so wonderfully jumping on my bed. I groaned, "Five more minutes mom," I said. "Ha ha don't make me get the bucket," taunted Lauren. I shot up in bed. "You wouldn't," I said, narrowing my eyes. "I would but you're up so lets get going!" she yelled before bouncing her way downstairs. Tris walked into my room rubbing his eyes. "What is all that yelling? It's only 10:00 in the morning." "Lauren plus me and a guy. Put it together," I said before walking out of my room. Tris mumbled under his breath walking back to his room. I laughed to myself. Shaking my head I began to eat my eggs and bacon. I took a sip of my hot chocolate before placing my plates in the sink. "Hey Silvia," I said to another one of our maids. "Hello Ms. Cecilia." "Its Cici," I corrected before running upstairs. I began to lay out my outfit. I picked the white shorts, the navy ruffleback tanktop, and my gray cardigan. I placed them on the bed with the bikini from yesterday. I sat down in my chair as Lauren prettied me up.

Joel's POV

I pulled on my jeans over my swim trunks. I pulled on a white dress shirt and put on my black leather jacket. I combed my blonde hair and put on my high tops. I raced downstairs yelling a quick goodbye to my mom and sister. I hopped into my car and started toward Cici's house. I couldn't help but smile and think of her beautiful green eyes. I drove to her house and rang the doorbell.

Cici's POV

I heard the doorbell just as I was slipping on my black gladiator heels. I could hear Joanne and Joel talking. I took one last look in the mirror. My green eyes popped out because of the mascara and eyeliner. My blush gave my cheeks sparkle and a rosy color. My lip gloss made my lips shine. My hair was straight and in a side ponytail with my bangs curled to frame my face. Satisfied with my look I grabbed my coach purse and walked downstairs.

Joel's POV

She walked down the stairs and I couldn't help but smile. She had gone with the cute comfy outfit that I had said. She smiled nervously and I put my hand out and bowed. "My gorgeous date," I said. She laughed lightly. "My night in shining armor," she replied. We walked to the car and I opened the door for her. She slipped in and said thank you. I jogged over to the other side of the car and sat in. "Ready for the best night of your life," I asked. "You betcha," she said. I put on the radio and Heaven by DJ Sammy came through the speakers. I drove down to pier and we both got out. I locked my car before wrapping my arm around her tiny waist and bringing her close. We walked down to the restaurant and the line was out the door. Cici gasped. "Don't worry we don't have to wait." Before she could ask what I meant, we walked right past the line, weaving in between customers, mumbling an excuse me and pardon me every now and then. "Hey Derek," I called out. "Hey man," said Derek. We did our handshake before his eyes landed on Cici. "And you are?" he asked. "Cici," she said putting her hand out. "Well it's a pleasure to meet you Cici. I'm Derek." "Same here," said Cici. "Um, Angela!" he called out. Angela came running to us. "Yeah Derek," she asked in a bored tone. "Can you serve Cici and Joel tonight?" "Sure. Anything you want Derek," she said almost mocking him. She picked up two menus. She put on a smile before saying, "Right this way." We followed her to a booth and sat down. "Todays specials are, well, do you care?" We shook our heads no. "Kay, cool. So I'll be back in a couple minutes to take your order." We both nodded and began looking through the menu. She came back and we gave our orders. "I'd like calamari and chips and guacamole for our appetizer." She nodded writing it down. "I'd like the house salad with ranch and croutons for my before meal and I'd like a hamburger and fries for my main course. Oh yeah, and I'd like a Sierra Mist please." She nodded and jotted it down. "And you," she asked Cici. "I'll have the house salad with ranch and croutons as well and I'd like steak and fries for my main course and a Sierra Mist as well," said Cici and handed Angela her menu. "I'll be back with your orders as soon as there ready." We nodded and Cici began speaking. "So how do you know this place," she asked. "Well Derek and Angela are gonna be my step sister and brother soon." "Oh, I'm so sorry. What happened? Wait, that's none of my business." I laughed. "No its fine. My dad is a cheating bastard, excuse my language." "Oh, wow, I'm sorry," she said. "No its fine." We talked about random things until our appetizers and drink came. We ate all our food and it was delicious may I add. "Come on we still have to go swimming," I said. We walked to the boat dock and I got into our boat. "Wow its gorgeous. Who's boat is it?" "Derek's," I said. "Cool." She sat down as I began to work with the controls. We went out to the beach house they had on shore. "Come on," I said, "We're going for a little swim." I began to take off my pants and shirt leaving me in my trunks. She had already changed and I couldn't help but love the way she looked. Under the stars in a bikini and she was my date. I smiled at her. I grabbed her hand and our fingers intertwined and led her down the stairs and to the shore. She let the waves just touch her the tips of her toes. I laughed. I picked her up and went to where the water was chest level and dropped her down. She came up laughing and we swam and laughed for awhile. "I'm falling for you," I said. She looked at me with wide eyes. "I've known you for about 2 weeks now and I feel like I've known you forever, will you be my girlfriend?"
