" I don't know why you just don't go and talk to her." sighed Niki.
"Because I'm scared." I responded.
We are currently in the library, I was admiring my crush.
She goes by J.
I am a coward, i don't have the courage to tell her how much I like her.
Niki is my bestfriend, he has been trying to make me make a move but I can't.
I noticed that she spends a lot of time in the library, so I decided we should hang out their as well.
"Imma go to the bathroom, I'll be back." Niki said as he got up.
I nodded not looking away from J.
I felt my phone vibrate and saw a text message from Niki.

I was confused by what he was saying and as I was going to respond I saw the chair in front of me move.
I looked up to see J smiling at me.
"Hey" she said, in her sweet deep voice.
"O-oh hi" I was shocked.
"So Niki told me you might need help on some classwork." She said.
"O-oh r-right" Fucking Niki, no wonder he left out on nowhere.
I looked into my bag finding some paper.
"I t-think I forgot the paper" I said since I did have and work i needed help with.
"Oh okay, thats fine what was it about?" she placed her hands on the table, resting her head on them.
"U-um i dont remember" I said looking down, blushing.
"You seem really forgetful" she giggled.
"I've seen you around, you're pretty smart." she said.
"You've seen me?" I looked at her confused.
She nodded.
"Kinda hard not to when you have all those high grades..... so i dont know why you need my help." she smirked.
"O-oh umm-" I was trying to find an answer.
"Something tells me this was just an excuse to talk to me?" she grinned.
I was mute.
I felt myself turning red.
I quickly covered my face with my hands.
As I tried to compose myself I felt a pair of hand on top of mine.
They slowly pulled them away from my face and there was J with a beaming smile on her face.
"I like you too, y/n a lot." she said.
"r-really?" I whispered out.
She nodded.
Niki came out of nowhere.
"Finally is it official now?!" he whispered shouted.
I looked at J, she looked back at me.
"Only if you want?" she asked.
I was still speechless so I nodded.
She smiled brightly again.
Niki clapped softly.
"about time. Now I need help, I failed my quiz." he pulled out his papers.
I looked at him.
"Are you serious? Didn't I tell you to study?" I said.
"Its okay y/n more time for us right?" J held my hand tightly.
"Alright now for real lets get started. We are not in the library for nothing." Niki sat down between us.
