Imani's POV

I slammed the bedroom door and flopped onto the bed

I was mad as hell

Listen I'm not a sex addict or nothing but those 2 days before your period will have you going insane

Melo has been busy with practice so he's barely been home and when he is home he's sleeping

I don't wanna bother him or harass him because I know he's tired and his body hurts from working out for hours but your girl is loosing her mind

Melo: "wifey?!" I heard him yell from downstairs

That's his new thing

I can't remember the last time he called me by my nickname like he usually did..I'm not complaining but it's making my situation worse if you catch my drift

I jogged downstairs only to see him standing there with a bunch of roses

"What's this for?" I asked as he handed them to me

Melo: "because I can" he smiled before kissing my cheek and heading to the kitchen

I was super confused

"Uh so how was practice?" I asked as I followed him into the kitchen

Melo: "the same as always; fun but tiring" he said as he grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge

I just nodded

Melo: "you got any plans for tomorrow?"

"No, why?"

Melo: "thought we could go on a lil date"

"Where to?"

Melo: "that's for me to know and you to find out" he chuckled before leaving the kitchen

At this point I was just following him around like a lost dog

Melo: "I'm about to hop in the shower"

I was about to ask him if I could join but he beat me to it

Melo: "when your put those in some water meet me in there" he said before jogging upstairs

I hadn't even realized I was still holding the flowers

I put them in water then posted them to my Instagram

I jogged upstairs and walked into the bathroom

Melo: "what you standing there for? Come here"

"In there? With you?" I asked like a dumbass

Melo: "nah outside on the front lawn; of course in here" he laughed
