I decided against a honeymoon chapter...we all know what happens on honeymoons ;)

***************************************************************************************************************

I stood outside of the office building and smiled up at the building. This building is where everything happened.

I owe everything to my father who passed it down to me. I looked up as the construction guys made the final touches on the name of our building.

'Rhys and Rhys'

"Love, I would rather you not be on you feet. You know how I feel about that. Jordan hugged me from behind and stroked my growing belly. I guess when the doctor said it was easy to get pregnant first after having kids, we didnt listen.

"Jay, I'm fine." He kissed my cheek and walked into the building. I sat down on the bench and reflected on how crazy life had been in the last year and a half.

Louis quit his job at our office. He had decided to start his own gym and taught different fight tactics that he'd learned in the army. There, he met his current boyfriend. Yes, I was shocked to hear that Louis was gay, but I still love him.

It's a huge plus that his boyfriend is absolutley gorgeous too.

They were going strong and had a feeling they probably would get married soon. Frank has Louis wrapped around his little finger and I'm sure Louis wouldn't have it any other way.

Ashton and Ina got married and Ina officially adopted David. It made it faster to adopt since Caroline's rights were revoked and Ashton was his biological father. They were the cutest little family and I could see that there was a connection between David and Lianna. It was so cute how they were always together.

We had decided to hire Ina in place of Caroline. Ina was a sweet woman and she was filling the spot perfectly.

We promoted Cynthia. She was too efficient and dependable to stay as an assistant. So, we made her manger on another floor. She was estatic over it and I'm sure her 3 kids appreciated the extra vacations and toys they could get with her higher pay.

Caroline was somewhere. I honesty don't know where. After she had David, we paid for an apartment for her, except she got kicked out for having drugs and being disruptive to other tenants while she was drunk.

We tried to find her help, but she wouldn't take it. For a while Jordan's mother blamed me for it and I sure didn't blame her. It partly was my fault because she was like a ticking time bomb and I was the one who cause it to detonate.

For a while I felt terrible, but then I snapped out of it. I couldn't dwell on what has been happening to Caroline because I had a family to take care of. My three beautiful kids, my lovely husband, and all my friends were around me and I couldnt  let them down.

We tried all we could for Caroline but she didnt want the help. It's sad but that's how life is.

"Mrs. Rhys is the sign to your liking?" I looke up at the big burly man standing over me, then to the new sign and smiled.

"It's perfect, thank you sir." He nodded and walked away.

And that's exactly what my life was.

Perfect.
