Chapter 17

~Time Skip~

After college

You, Emma, Norman and Ray were walking out of the Janitors closet just after returning the brooms, mops and brushes from cleaning the mess you and the rest did in class. "Alright guys, I'm gonna go to the library to do some work form class. Who's coming with me?" Norman states as he smiles picking his bag up. "I'm going, I have 4 essays to do, 25 double pages of Science and Geography, and 5 pencil drawings in art" You state picking up your books and bag. "I'm just gonna go with you guys, I don't really have work to do. Just a few assignments and I'm done" Ray says picking his bag up and looks at Emma waiting for her response. "Eh, I'm just gonna go home and process what happened earlier with Y/n" Emma says while you look at her confused but after 2 seconds of realizing what Emma had to process, You were dumbfuckled.

"It's about that spoiled fucking brat who said ugh to me while I was being nice to her when you guys were walking in the building isn't..." You stated bluntly not really caring anymore. "Well I'm going home now, See ya'll at home!" Emma says running, waving her hand and smiling. "Welp, She's gone" Ray says as usual with his blank face. "Well then, Let's go to the library" You said speed walking to the library leaving the two behind.

Time Skip

You, Ray and Norman are just chilling in the library. Norman just on his laptop doing his essays, You on your laptop while writing, Ray just sitting at the corner reading some books. But you got bored and anted something fun. You went to your laptop and got on spotify. You wanted to blast some music (The librarian and the rest of the students in the library are gone, the librarian gave the keys to you and left)

You blasted music and started to dance.

"Soft boy by Wilbur Soot is now playing"

"Srsly Y/n?" Ray says with his usual boring expression. "What? This is a good song" You said before singing along to the lyrics. "ITS NOT AN AHEGAO HOODIE ITS A WORK OF ART, I GET TURNED ON BY MY REFELCTION IN PASSING CARS, IM LOOKING FOR A WINDOW TO ANOTHER WORLD I JUST DONT FEEL AS LOST AND BORED I JUST DONT WANNA BE A SOFT BOY ANYOMORE.. I WANNA BE YOURS" You said screaming the chorus. "might as well sing along, I also know this one" Norman states and started singing along with you. Ray sighs as he kept his eyes on his book while both you and Norman sing along with songs.

"1985 by Bo Burnham is now playing"

"HELL YEAH I KNOW THIS ONE" Norman states enjoying and same goes to you.

Time skip: After vibing

"Wooh! I am tired after like 12 or 14 songs" You stated sitting down on a chair. Lets go home" Ray says as he tool your arm dragging you out with Norman following the both of you not making a single sound. The three of you made it home sighing, Ray let go of you and immediately went to his room. So does Norman. "Oh Y/n! You guys are back!" Emma smiles catching your attention. You turned to the ginger and smiled. "Where's mom?" You asked. "Eh, she went to go grocery shopping along with Gilda and Don" The ginger replied.

"I see" you stated as you nodded once. "Well, I'm gonna head to my room now. Mom should be here anytime now since its already turning late. See you tomorrow, Im not going to eat dinner by the way" You said to Emma as she smiled and nodded in response. Pushing the stairs ascending to your room, You reached for the doorknob. Before you could touch the doorknob, You were pulled by the hand. Before you knew it, you were in a dark room.

You felt pressure on your hands making it hard to move. You were pinned on the wall. You felt hot air blow on your face, coffee? You thought to yourself as soon as the mysterious hot air blew on your face. Soon after, You felt the hot air again but on your collarbones this time. You started to panic and was trying to get out from being pinned on the wall but you ended up giving up after half a minute.

"Don't worry Y/n, It's just me" You heard a familiar voice. "R-ray?! Why are you pinning me on the wall?" You yelled. "Sorry, I didn't want anybody to see us. I was gonna ask if you wanted to go sneak out to the backyard while everyone else is having dinner. I heard footsteps when I was about to approach you so I just pulled you here in my room" Ray explains. You sighed as Ray gently let go.

"Sure, Come on then" You responded going to the window in Ray's room. You unlocked the window and pushed it up. To Ray's surprise, You jumped out of the window. Ray ran to the window to check if you were fine. He saw you bounce on the trampoline and sighed from relief. "Jesus Y/n you nearly gave me a heart attack when you jumped out" Ray says so and jumps out of the window as well landing on the trampoline. Unexpectedly, You took Ray's hand dragging him to run to the playground nearby just 3 blocks away.

You both reached the playground. It was night time and it was almost pitch black. There was a tiny source of light from the city not so far away. The playground was near the sea as you both decided to play around in the sand. After a while of playing and messing around with one another, You both sat down on the sand gazing at the skies full of stars. The reflection of the moon in the waters and the waves hitting the shores. A soft breeze blowing through and a comforting silence between you and Ray.
