As soon as Ran arrived , you started working immediately. You felt relieved seeing him unscathed. Well knowing Mitsuya, he won't act hastily specially now that he's trying to get your favor.

The revision you need was not that complex. Your editor had marked the parts you need to change or add that made it easy for you. There's just a lot to do but all in all it's not that stressing. Several hours and you finished by sending him the file online.

"You made it on time." Ran said as he took the laptop from the mini table in your bed and placed a cup of hot cocoa.

"My head hurts." You complained while pouting.

"It's because you are doing sneaky thing behind my back that's why you got that." He pointed out your injured head. " You could have died if I didn't came y/n."

"Don't be mad, come here." You said as you spread your arm to hug him. He wasn't able to resist it.

"You're manipulating me." Ran said as he squeezes you tightly while peppering you with lots of kisses.

While the two of you are busy acting lovey-dovey, your phone rang. Ran took it from the table and saw Mitsuya calling. He frowned and was about to decline it but you stopped him.

You just waited for the call to stop and sent him a message saying you're still working. Several seconds and he replied.

Glad you're okay y/n. I was dead worried about you. I hope i could see you soon. I made Haitani being some change of clothes for you along with your laptop and files. Call me when you're free.

Your eyes darted to the bag on the couch. You just felt sad how he made the effort to pack things for you. Is this what you call guilt tripping? This side of him makes it more difficult for you to separate. You're not faltering because you've already made up your mind. It just makes you sad.

Ran felt how your expression changed after reading Mitsuya's message. He snatched the phone from you and locked it.

"You're jealous." You giggled as you tease him.

"I AM." He said sternly.

"Why would you?"

He did not answered and just sat on the corner of the bed facing his back on you.

"Raaaannn. Stop acting like that. Please?" You crawled toward him and hugged him from behind. "Please?" You whispered as you grazed your lips on his ears.

"If you don't stop teasing me right now i'd fuck you out here in your hospital room." He warned you because there's a tent forming inside his pants already.

It has been a while since Mitsuya hanged out with his friends in a club. He became busy after his career boomed and he had to balance his time with you and Yuzuha.

He was staring at his phone waiting for your reply but you didn't. A year worth of sigh escaped from his mouth.

His friend, Draken snatched the phone from his hand. "You came here to relax don't you? Loosen up a bit, Mitsuya."

Hakkai is also present. He became a bit distant to Mitsuya as he see Yuzuha feeling down lately. He's aware half of it was his sister's fault but as a brother, it pains him to see her suffering. Although he see Mitsuya is also unwell, he just really can't butt in because it's a private problem an uninvolved person should not meddle.

Mitsuya took a sip of his Bourbon Rock. He brushed up his hair as he felt the liquor run down his throat. Something crazy came up to his mind. If only y/n gets pregnant with my child, she won't run away from me...

Ran stayed with you the whole time. He was seated on the couch just beside your bed reading a book you wrote. His phone suddenly vibrated from his pocket. He fished it and saw a message from Sanzu saying they have a mission.

You were sleeping soundly and he didn't want to disturb you. He took a pen and paper leaving a note for you.

Got an urgent work. Will be back soon. I love you y/n.

He gave you a peck on your lips and left silently.

Him, not bothering to wake you up became completely unnecessary because as soon as he left, your phone which was kept on the drawer rang and rang until you had no choice but to pick it up.
