2 different worlds collide

Shaun couldn't help but ask again, Lucia please be my woman. I can't take this anymore, i'm madly in love with you and i want you all to myself.

Lucia responded, " Shaun you are leaving in 2 days and i am sure you will forget about me the moment you go."

How can I forget the woman who has my heart? Trust me on this  we can still work things out even with the distance.

Lucia only looked at him without saying a word. She was in a very confused state. And Shaun kissed her again, he knew she was so confused and wanted to help her realize that she loved him as much as he loved her.

But seriously who wouldn't be confused with all the things going on?

Lucia was done fighting with herself and so she made a very hard decision. Alright Shaun, i accept being your woman but we have to take things slowly.

Shaun smiled widely thanks my love.

'my love!?' well that was kind of fast. Lucia internally rolled her eyes.

  Babe  you have made me the happiest man alive and i promise to love you forever.

   

    Well you better keep your promise because i will break your legs if you break my heart. She laughed and So did Shaun as he hugged her waist tightly.

   

    After the date was over Shaun took her home. When they arrived at her  house, he opened the door for her then hugged her. " Goodnight my queen."

Goodnight she responded.

Good evening ma. she greeted.

  Evening my baby, how was your date?

  Well it was great.

  That's fantastic. Lulu are you dating Shaun?

  I knew you would ask this question.

   I am your mother and i want to know everything that is happening in your life because i want to see  you happy. Please don't keep secrets from me my child.

    Well yes he is my boyfriend but i only accepted him today.

   
I thank God.... I am so happy, i never thought i would see this day. I am very excited, come and give mom a hug. She hugged her.

    So what time did Diana leave?

    Well she hasn't left, she's in your room.

    Alright, I'm off to my room then.

    Good night my princess.

    Good night ma.

   

   In her room.
Hey Lulu you are back.

Yeah, i am back. You thought i wouldn't return?

Well not really. So how was your date.

  It was good she smiled shyly.

  Tell me about it.

   Well to cut the story short, i am now his girlfriend.

   Bravo Lucia.........  Now we are talking. Oh I'm so happy for you girl.

    Thanks friend.

At the hotel.
A day later.

  Even though Lucia was working, her mind was somewhere else. She was so sad because Shaun would be leaving in a few hours. Diana felt bad for her friend but there was nothing she could do so she just sighed softly.

    On the other hand Michael felt bad for his boss as well. He had never seen Shaun happy in a long time. But he was sure that things would work out because Shaun was so determined.

   It was now lunch time for the workers of the hotel and Lucia thought of using this opportunity to say her good byes to her man.

   Shaun was in his room contemplating on how to say his farewell to his woman when he heard a knock. The moment he opened the door, he saw her. He  pulled her in, closed the door then  hugged her tightly.

  I missed you so much babe.  He said as his head lay on her shoulder..

  I missed you too. What time are you leaving?

  In an hour. But I don't want to go.

  You have to go home.

  Then go with me.

You know very well that that's not possible.

  But i don't want to leave you alone what if some man steals you away from me.

    No man will do that i promise you.

    Alright, he gave her a peck on her forehead.

   

    Shaun and Lucia spent their 30 minutes chatting while holding hands. It was now time for Shaun to leave. He held her cheeks then kissed her slowly like it was the last time he would ever kiss her. Shaun wasn't going forever but that's how they both felt, as though they would never see each other again.

    Shaun got out a medallion necklace from the box he had put on the bed. Apparently he had ordered it from america a week ago. He instructed Lucia to turn around as  he put it on her neck. She was so mesmerized. "it is very beautiful, i love it. Thank you Shaun.

    I love you much Lucia and i promise to come back for you soon. Please wait for me.

    Lucia had a lot to say but i love you was all that came out of her mouth. She didn't want to ruin the moment with her sadness.  Please travel safely and Know that i will be waiting for you .

    He kissed her forehead  once again then held her hand. Let's go he said.

    When they left the room Lucia went straight to the kitchen.  Diana knew that her friend was in a bad state so she hugged her tightly, don't be sad friend.

    6:30pm

    Good evening ma.

    Welcome home my dear. Has Shaun left already?

    Ma how did you know you know Shaun was leaving today?

    Well Diana told me everything the day you went out. Please don't be angry she meant no harm, i am your mother Lucia. So has he left?

    Yes he is gone.

    When is he coming back.

    Ma i also don't know. Goodnight

    Why so early?

    I am just tired.

    Won't you at least eat something?

    I have already eaten.

    Alright good night then.

    Welcome home son, i missed you.

    Thanks mom, i missed you so much.

    So how was vacation?

    It was amazing i can't wait to tell you all about it.
