Somewhere on Earth:

"Wake up sleepyhead! The sun's been up for ages." A mother spoke to a redhead girl as she walked into her room. "Five more minutes mom." The girl spoke tiredly, just wanting to stay asleep. "You're late bloom." The mother spoke softly into her ear, watching as the girl jumped out of bed to get ready for school. "School! Oh no! Why didn't you wake me up before! Oh the alarm didn't go off!" The girl yelled, running around her room to get ready. "Hang on a sec." The girl spoke, stopping shortly after getting her shirt on. "School's out. The alarm didn't go off because I'm on vacation. Oh, mom! You're joke is not funny." The redhead complained. "Ah, but you fell for it, didn't you?" The mother asked giggling. "I'm sleepy, and I'm going back to bed." The redhead told her mom, getting back under the covers.

"You should try to go to bed earlier, you know. You were up really late last night." The mother reprimanded. "I was reading." The redhead responded. "Fairies, myth or reality. Uh! Don't you ever get tired of these silly things?" The mother asked, groaning as she picked up the book. "They're not silly!" The redhead spoke from her spot, where she was now sitting up, on her bed. "Actually, now that school is out, you can help me in the shop." The mother spoke, putting the book away and walking out of her daughters room. "No!" The redhead whined loudly.

"Good morning sunshine!" A firefighter, her father, spoke seeing the redhead walk into the kitchen. "I'm not going to spend my summer working in the shop. I wish I could go somewhere fun with my friends." The redhead girl complained. "When you're older, you can go wherever you want." The dad spoke calmly. "How old is older? I'm already 16 dad." The redhead continued to complain. "Only 16. You are still my little girl." The dad spoke, sighing softly. "Dad! It's not fair!" The redhead whined, trying to make her point. "Listen, in a few weeks we'll all be going to the beach, like we do every year." The dad told her. "But all my friends go on holidays by themselves, that would have been the best present ever." The redhead told her parents.

"Well, speaking of presents, we've got a little surprise for you, Bloom." Her mother spoke. "Yeah, just a little something to help you get around gardenia." He dad continued. "Really?! Thanks dad!" The redhead yelled, running out to see what the gift was. "Nice huh?" Her dad asked, once they all got outside. "Oh well... yeah, thanks." Bloom, the redhead, fake smiled before walking towards the bike before riding off towards the park.

"Oh, he'll never change. My dad will never let me ride anything faster than a bicycle." Bloom complained softly as she walked towards the park with her rabbit, Kiko. "Hey Bloom. Vacationing in Gardenia this year?" One of Bloom friends asked her. "No, actually, we'll be going away very soon." Bloom responded. "The same old beach, huh? I'll send you a post card from our vacation place. That'll give you the chance to see something." The girl spoke before turning to some people moving her scooter. "Hey! Careful with that scooter, it's brand new, you know." The girl turned to Bloom. "Have a nice summer Mitzy, see you at school." Bloom spoke, before getting on her bike and leaving. "What a show off." She mumbled.

"Go on Kiko. But stick around alright?" Bloom spoke, once the two got to the park. Bloom sat under a tree eating an apple, only for Kiko to come running back a few seconds later. "What's the matter, Kiko?" Bloom asked, looking down at the rabbit who was pulling on her pant leg. She figured he was trying to show her something, so she followed him. Kiko led her to a clearing in the forest where she saw, what looked like, two fairies fighting some kind of monsters.
