Third Person POV

It was getting dark outside and the Winx, minus Stella and Crystal, were in the kitchen working on dinner. "I hate doing kitchen duties. I just don't get it." Bloom whined, complaining about having to help with dinner. Musa frowned at her, somewhat annoyed and somewhat confused. "What is it that you don't get Bloom?" Musa asked, peeling her potato. "Why a school for fairies can't use magic to cook dinner. It doesn't make sense. All you got to do is wave the magic wand, snap your fingers, wiggle your nose a couple of times and voila. Everything ready without any effort." Bloom spoke before the chef came in. "However, homecooked meals taste a lot better and are much healthier." Mastro Sfoglia spoke, walking into the kitchen to inspect the dinner. "Um, hi, Mastro Sfoglia." Bloom spoke unsure. "How is the side dish coming along?" Mastro Sfoglia asked, ignoring Bloom.

"We're almost finished, sir." Musa spoke, giving him a teeny tiny potato that she had peeled. "These potatoes are too small. Take off less skin. And what about the omelet, don't forget to flip them." Mastro Sfoglia all but yelled at the girls, who ran to the omelets to flip them. "When I graduate from here I'll eat out every night." Musa declared. "Now let's see you flip these omelets." Mastro Sfoglia stated and watched as Techna and Flora flipped them perfectly, Musa had a little bit of trouble but still caught it, and Bloom... Well, Bloom threw the omelet so high that it landed on the fan. "Oh, I'm so sorry. I have no idea how it happened." Bloom whined. "Well, what are you waiting for? Somebody turn off the fan." Mastro Sfoglia demanded.

Flora ran to turn off the fan but it only sped up. "Come on down little omelet. Don't be afraid, trust me. No one's going to eat you." Musa joked. "I said turn it off!" Mastro Sfoglia yelled, his Italian really showing as he yelled. "Flora laughed awkwardly as she finally got the fan to stop, only for the omelet to go flying at Mastro Sfoglia's face. "I'll have a word with the headmistress about granting you a permanent exemption from kitchen duties. You young fairies cause more trouble than help! Now I must clean up before dinner time, so keep an eye on the roast." Mastro Sfoglia hissed at the fairies, storming out of the kitchen.

A little while later Stella and Crystal came bursting into the kitchen. "Girls, we have some really wild news!" Crystal beamed with excitement. "We know, you two managed to get out of kitchen duties. Congratulations Stella, Crystal." Techna all but hissed at the two. "Oh, but we have a perfectly valid reason for that." Stella told them. "We're going out tonight. We've got dates, isn't that exciting?" Stella continued. "Oh, valid reason indeed." Bloom hissed under her breath. "We received invitations. Guess who from." Stella told them, Crystal only beamed in excitement, struggling to keep up the surprise. "Oh, we're just dying to know." Musa spoke, sarcastically. "Prince Sky!" Crystal finally yelled, bursting in excitement. "Oh, Crystal, that's amazing!" Flora smiled. "And my brother just so happened to ask out Stella on the same day! How exciting is that?!" Crystal yelled, how powers causing her to literally glow.

"Can you believe it? And invitation to black lagoon? Sounds good huh?" Stella smiled. "A guy who's known you for most of your life and still wants to see you." Musa spoke, slightly shocked by Stella's date but joking none the less. "But what are we going to wear? I mean, our closet is endless. Will you guys help us?" Crystal asked them with a slight frown. "Well, okay." Bloom smiled. "Great! Let's go!" Crystal yelled, running back to their dorm, the other Winx following closely behind.

Crystals POV

"Stella, Crystal you've got so many clothes." Bloom stated, looking through mine and Stella's shared closet that seemed endless, because it was. "Yeah, we have a small problem. But it's okay." I sighed. "Yes but the clothes are the problem. We need something really special, romantic even." Stella sighed, knowing we had way too many clothes. "I'd wear this pure classic elegance. It's perfect." Flora spoke, pulling out two black dressed from somewhere in the closet. "For funerals Flora, not dates." I smiled softly. "How about this then, you're sure to make a lasting impression wearing this." Techna spoke, pulling out one of the dresses Stella and I made when we were younger. "How could you two buy something like that?" Techna asked us. "We didn't buy it. We made it." I told them, looking for something for me. "In the dark?" Musa asked us. "No, we were 13, give us a break." I told her, rolling my eyes and pulling out a light pink dress that was pretty long and too formal for the occasion.
