"Prisoner eight-two-six." She turned her head, her heart suddenly pounding when she set eyes on the guard.

"Yeah?" She breathed, wrapping her arms around herself.

"Against the wall." He ordered.

"O- okay." She nodded, standing against the wall. She could hear the guard ruffling around, and she feared she was in trouble. He then took hold of her wrist, clamping something metal on it, causing her to hiss at it locked. "What is this?" She panicked. "I'm not eighteen for another week, at best."

"Quiet!" He snapped, directing her into the hallway. Looking around, it would seem the whole lot was being moved.

"Aiden!" A voice called, and she turned.

"Jasper." She breathed in relief.

"Keep walking." The guard huffed. She worried that, perhaps, sky box was too full. Maybe they were getting rid of them to make room for the next bunch of delinquent teens. The reality of the situation was that the Ark was running out of oxygen. The kids in lock up were being sent to the ground to test its survivability. Clearly, they were the most disposable.

The only good thing about the anxiety-filled journey to the ground, was that Aiden was placed inbetween the only people in the world that she trusted. Jasper, and Monty. They'd been friends for as long as she could recall. Even in her darkest hour, they did their best to protect her. They were like a little family. And nothing in the world was about to change that.

"You okay?" Monty spoke, and she turned to him, plastering on a smile.

"Yeah, I'm-" She went to say, but a sudden shunt in the pod caused her to stop mid sentence. "What was that?"

"It's the atmosphere." Jasper smiled. There was a sudden crash that caused the straps to dig tightly into Aidens chest.

"Listen." Monty said. "No machine hum."

"Whoa. That's a first." Jasper said, he and Monty clicking off their straps.

"I can't breathe." Aiden complained, throwing off the straps and stretching out her arms. "What if we hit something on the way down?" Everyone made their way down to the lower level where the door wS located.

"No, we can't just open the doors." Clarke Griffin said, all responsible-like.

"Hey, just back it up, guys." Someone Aiden couldn't quiet see spoke, emerging to the front.

"Stop, the air could be toxic." Clarke worried.

"If the air is toxic, we're all dead anyway."

"Bellamy?" A voice chirped from in the back. Octavia Blake, the girl that was hidden in the floor for almost sixteen years after her mother broke the one child rule. She and her brother, Bellamy, hid her until one day she was caught. Their mother was floated for it. The doors creaked open, a sudden rush of air hitting those inside. Octavia was the first to step foot on the earth in one hundred years. She took in a breath, a wide smile coming over her face, as she threw up her arms. "We're back, bitches!" She yelled, and everyone began to cheer, piling off the dropship.

Of course, being down on earth had its perks, but there were a few problems. First, communications were down. A dozen panels were missing from the roof, and the heat fried the wires. Not only that, but they needed to get to Mount Weather if they wanted to eat, that's were all the food was held. They'd been dropped on the wrong mountain. So a few of them suited up to get there before night fall.

"Just let me come with you." Aiden stropped. "Please, Jasper, don't leave me on my own."

"You're staying here. It's dangerous out there." Jasper said again. "Just sit tight, we won't be long."
