No! Stop! I kicked my legs at the white coat. No, no, no!!! This was the day that I planned to escape. He grabbed my arms and pulled them down. Ten seconds later and I was cuffed back into my cage. My head went limp as a blue syrum was injected into my arm. The lights went dim and the world went black. I woke up an hour or two later. My chance was gone. I was stuck here at the School forever. I opened my mouth and let out a shriek. "Let me go! For Gods sake let me go!" I screeched until my voice went. My wings were pulled behind me in the most uncomfortable position in the world. I reached my uncuffed hand behind me and tried to reposition my wings. Tears streamed down my face. I would never get out like Max and her flock did.
What I would give to be part of the flock. Part of the adored. Jeb's adored. The cuff was removed a while later. I rubbed my hand and wiped the blood off on my pants leg. I heard a pan drop behind me and I spun about as well as I could in a dog crate. A girl looked at me. Her brown eyes widen when she saw the wings behind me. She darted out of sight.
A couple days past, and all I could think off was that girl. The curly haired brunette. I spent my days being started at and being injected with unknown chemicals. I fell asleep around twelve very night hoping to catch a glimpse of the girl.
