'Kitty's thoughts'

3rd POV

"Something's definitely dodgy about this circus." Ciel tells his demon butler, looking at William's back. "It seems worth trying to question him, Sebast-"

"Come on, Smile, look lively! Time to practice, so you can keep up with Black!" Dagger exclaims, putting his arm around Smile's neck, startling him a bit.

"You should practice too, Dagger. If he is anything like his ... friend... he just might pass you up~!" Kitty says poking Daggers check, once again appearing out of nowhere.

"So mean, Miss Kitty~" He pouts a bit, he seems to be completely used to her appearing out of nowhere , "Why are you always telling me to practice more?"

"Everyone else is working hard, just because you are a first-string doesn't mean you get to-"

"R-Right." Smile cuts them off from conversation that will most likely take up most his time, and give him a headache. It works, and now Dagger and Kitty are pulling the boy away from his raven haired friend.

"Very good." said raven haired male is now walking towards the lazy Grim Reaper, "Pardon me." He turns around, "I have a few questions for you... as my senpai." Sebastian smiles falsely with his eyes closed.

"I have nothing to say to you." Will pushes his glasses up, still as stoic as ever. He starts to walk away.

"Don't be like that. Let's step outside." Black grabs his suit, still with the ever present fake smile. And what he said definitely wasn't a suggestion for Will-chan~ But that doesn't mean he isn't trying to get away. Many people in the main tent are looking at them weird.

"Well, look at them! Best mates already!" Dagger says smiling at the 'oh so close friends'.

"They might finally be starting to get to know each other!" Kitty smiles, sparkling. Completely oblivious for what's really going on. 'I'm so happy! ... I just hope Smile will open up a little soon. Then maybe they can relax and quit being so on guard all the time!'

Smile sighs looking at the duo with a straight face.

"All the new recruits are freaks these days." Beast says glaring at them as she walks away from: Joker, Jumbo, Wendy, and Peter.

"But so talented!" Joker responds. "Ah, right. Listen, Beast- and the rest of ye, too. Father says there aren't enough sweets for the main event." They all gasp, looking upset. "We'll do it tonight." They all look down, and as Joker is walking away he says, "Tell Dagger and Doll for me."

"Why am I here, ask?" He fixes his glasses. "To think, I, an administrator, would be impressed into field duty to clean up after a certain prat in Collections while he's suspended! I curse my luck. I didn't think graduating with him entailed traveling around fixing his mistakes." He says thinking of a certain red obsessed reaper, who has been searching for perfect men for his harem. Both William and Sebastian are included in his imaginary harem.

"I assume that a grim reaper personally doing undercover work implies special circumstances?" Sebastian questions.

"Do you really think I'd reveal soul-related information to a demon? That would be like setting rabbits lose before a wolf."

"I'm afraid I have no interest in cheap souls."

"Fine words for a starving demon. I know you're half-mad with hunger." Sebastian's eyes flash red.

"I've long since tired of ripping into every soul I see. The hungrier one is, the most satisfying one's dinner."

"How perverse."
