Chapter 2: Meeting Clover

"Shit" Said Dante. The boy stood with anti-magic over-flowing around. "What's happening to me? This isn't my magic, so what is it?" The boy thought. "Ooo~ He's strong I can tell already." Vanica said. "From what I've seen from him," Said Lucius standing up, "That's not magic.". "Then what is it?" Asked Zenon, "He has the mana of a royal." He added. "I'l call it anti-magic, it negotiates magic and is a pure counter to mana. As for his magic, it's some type of spacial magic." Lucius explained to his siblings. "What if it's a devil like your's and Zenon's?" Dante asked.

(PS: Vancia and Dante don't have devils yet but Lucius and Zenon do.)

Lucius' eyes widened. Could it be a devil? He hadn't thought of it that way. He chuckled, "If it  is," His grimoire opened, "Let's take him to Spade.".  Dante grew his arms and rushed in. He punched at the boy, but his fist was caught easily. In an instant he felt a pain in his stomach. Without anytime to react, he was sent back at fast speeds. "Blood Magic: Vein Spears!" Vanica shouted. Long streaks of blood came from behind her. The boy grabbed and crushed each one with his hands. "Tsk." Came from the girl. "Stop trying, nothing will work on him." Said Zenon, "Besides he's bound to run out of this anti-magic sometime soon." He added. "Let me try ag-" "No Lucius, your magic didn't work either. So the best thing to do is just go back to Spade. We atleast got the generals under your control and Erzin out of the way." Zenon argued. Lucius sighed, "Fine-" He looked toward his two other siblings still trying to fight Asta, "It's time to go." "Aw~ But it just got fun!" Vanica whined. "Yeah, well tell that to the king and queen." Lucius said. Zenon made a dome of bone around the boy, "That should hold him for a minute or two. Spacial Magic: Home Return!" Zenon said. Suddenly the siblings disapeared without a trace, leaving the trapped boy alone. "RUAGH!" With one last anti-magic burst, Asta had freed himself from the bone dome. The mysterious magic leaving his boy, leaving a shirtless and bloody boy. Bruises covered his body. Tear fell from his eyes, "How could I let this happen?! Why would I let this happen?!" He thought. Asta fell over and began punching the ground, "I'm sorry everyone! I'm sorry Dad!" He cried. Rain began to fall. The hard dirt became mud, staining the boy's hand. Slowly, he fell into slumber as his face hit the ground. Then a second grimoire slowly came down to him. Oh, that's right. It's his birthday.

A group of young friends are seen walking in the capital. One a young boy wearing black pants and a white tank top with some kind of grey robe over it. Another boy wearing a full grey robe outfit and a golden mask over his face. A girl with a metal armor on except a helmet, so it doesn't cover her blonde hair, walking beside the first boy while blushing. Another girl somehow sleeping and walking while wearing a pink robe with royal like clothing under it. Another blonde girl is seen looking in amazement at a book. Two girls are seen talking, one a fiery young girl with orange-red hair that matches her personality. The other a silver haired girl that is trying to calm her down. "Please Mereo, calm down. Everyone has a three leaf." "Haha! It doesn't matter, my grimoire is clearly the better one out of everyone's!" Said Mereo. "No offense, but I'm surprised you got a grimoire, Yami." Said the masked boy. "None taken, William." Said Yami. "So cool!" Said the girl holding the book. "You two might wanna check on Elline over here. Since you're related and all." Said Yami. "I don't get how you aren't checking your's too!" Said Elline. "I'm gonna look at it later, after taking a nice shit." Yami Said. "Insolent man." Said the armored girl. "Oh, c'mon Charlotte or should I say prickly princess?" Yami said teasingly. Charlotte blushed and turned away. Suddenly, a large black beam is seen shot upward towards the sky. "The hell?" Yami Muttered. It reached the clouds as it spiraled for a moment before line sspread from it. It reached over kingdoms and things began to change. Mana powered items stopped working, people flying on brooms fell, the sleeping girl even awoke. Black and red lighting struck from the lines. Screaming filled the capital in no time. "My mana." Said Elline in disbelief. "It's going away." Mereo finished. She grabbed the silver haired girl's shoulder and shook her. "What happening Acier?! You know about magic more than anyone!" Said Mereo. "I don't know about any of this!" "DO NOT BE AFRAID." Said a voice. Speakers around the capital turned on as a voice spoke through it. "IT SEEMS THAT THE ACE KINGDOM IS LAUNCHING AN ATTACK. FIND COVER AND STAY UNTIL TOLD TO." It finished. "Y'know what we should do?" Yami asked. "Find cover?" Acier said. "Nope, we're going to Ace tomorrow and finding out what the hell is happening!" He said pumping his fist into the air.

TIMESKIP

"Ugh, where am I?" Asta said confused. His eyes fluttered and slowly opened. Memories rushed in as he got up and sighed. With a snap of his fingers. a first aid kit appeared in his hand. After a few minutes he was fully bandaged. He walked over to the body of his dad and teared up. Asta spent the next few minutes digging a hole and placing his father in it. "I'm sorry." Asta said before patting the dirt and leaving a flower on the grave. He sat on a stump and closed his eyes, "Let's see what has happened in the last four years, one Spade claims war on all kingdoms-" He put up a finger, "Two Kate leaves because of Spade's war, boy was she right." He put up another finger, "And lastly my dad is dead and the generals have all gone rouge." He sighs. His eye spot something. A book? No, a grimoire! "Well at least something good came out of this." Asta said walking towards it. He grabbed it and admired it before snapping a pouch and putting it on and the grimoire inside.

"All right, everyone ready?" Yami asked. The group from before is seen in an open field with brooms in their hands. Elline yawned, "Couldn't we just ask a spacial mage to take us their or something? It's too early for this." She complained. "One, the only spacial mage that has been to Ace is your family's and do you really think they'll be  okay with this? And secondly it's nine in the morning, you're just lazy." William said. "Ooo~ Burn." Mereo whispered to Acier. The two giggled, "HEY STOP LAUGHING!" Elline scolded the two. "Well let's get going you guys!" The awake girl said happily. "It's creepy having you awake Dorthy." Elline said. They took off and had a few problems with people falling off, but eventually made it. "What happened here?" Acer said. They had landed in the capital and saw all the chaos. Buildings were destroyed, fires started, evidence of dangerous mana could be felt, etc.. "Maybe we shouldn't have came here." William said. "Don't be a wuss, let's go explore." Yami said while running. "Yeah!" Said Dorthy running after him. The others had bi choice and followed them, but they had stopped when reaching an open field. "There's a grave." Mereo said in disbelief. Carefully, they approached the grave and stopped around it. "It's recently dug, the dirt is loose and I can still feel the ki of the person inside." "Wait doesn't that mean they're still alive?!" Charlotte said rushing to dig up the grave. "Don't, " Yami said stopping her, "Who ever buried them knew they were dead. It'll just be disrespectful.". She sighed and nodded in agreement. Yami's eyes widen as he feel a new ki. He pulls out his katana and looks around. "Who's there!?" He yells. "I should be asking you that since you're in my land." A voice said from the forest. This alarmed everyone else as they took out their grimoires. "Dark Magic: Lightness Slash!" Yami yelled. He sent a black thin projectile at the source. "Pure Void Magic: Space Breaking Punch!" They voice yelled. Suddenly, a hole was punched into the trees. The black slash sent by Yami seemingly evaporated. They were lucky enough to not be standing in it's path, because it broke a boulder behind them. Through the trees, a person could be seen. He had ash-grey hair with blood staining parts of it and dull green eyes. Bloody bandages could be seen wrapped around parts of his body. A dark blueish grimoire is seen floating beside him. Yami and the boy stare each other down. "I'll ask again, who are you?" Yami said. "Like I said, this is my land. That means you're all trespassing." The boy appears behind Yami and goes for a punch. Using ki he was able to block just in time. "You're good, foreigner." Said the boy. "Back at 'cha, rando." Said Yami. The boy backed away and put his hand out. "Asta Staria, Prince of what used to be Ace." Asta said while chuckling. Yami hesitantly shook his hand, "Yami Sukihero, Prince of taking a shit." Yami said. Charlotte slapped him on his head and scolded him about being formal. "Excuse them, Sir Staria." William said awkwardly, "May I ask who did this and how?" He asked. "You all better sit dowm, because it's fucking weird." Asta says.

Chapter two is finally out. I had a three day weekend so I was able to pump out a chapter for each story, except Clover's Ace. Also little clarification Acier is going to be the ldest Silva sibling and not their mother. Plus Nozel and Fuegoleon are in this I just haven't introduced them yet.
