Punz(he/they/rose) and Quackity (he/it)

It was about a year ago when happened. It happened so quick and still to this day no one can still believe it did happened. Punz got into an accident, lucky Quackity was there cause if he wasn't then Punz would have probably died. The two some how got into a big fight with mobs.
They were going on a date. It really wasn't out of the ordinary for them to do that. They had this special spot were they would got, just if they needed each other. Sure they didn't act like a couple in public, it was just complicated for them to be. But well on the way to the spot they got attacked.
That was something new and during the fight, when Punz was busy, a creeper snuck up behind him. Quackity noticed it and tried to run over and protect them but it exploded before it could do anything. He got knocked back, it tried to shield himself from the explosion. When it looked over to Punz his heart sank.
"PUNZ!"
Punz was laying on the ground, knocked out. He was bleeding out. Quackity ran over, when it came to their side he was crying. It didn't care if he was hurt or not all it cared about was getting rose some help.
A while later, Quackity was able to get it some help. It was waiting inside of Punz's hospital room after he got checked out for it's injuries. A doctor came to him and they went outside and talked. He told him that Punz was in a coma and if he did ever wake up the chances of him being able to walk again were slim.
Maybe it was six months later when they woke up. When Quackity saw that rose woke up he got up before hugging him. The two just sat there holding onto each other. Quackity was so scared he was gonna lose Punz again. It was so rare that Punz got to see it cry but he was crying as he held onto them. After a little while of Punz being wake and doing somethings when the doctor thought it would be good if rose tried to start walking again.
They had a lot of sessions were he would try and walk but they all ended the same. It wasn't until after his most recent session that they came to the realization rose might not be able to walk again. He sighed as they and Quackity lay together cuddling. It asked rose what was wrong. He looked at him before.
"I can't walk,,"
