The birds have left their trees
Punz was usually tough, never needing anyone but himself or at least what they thought so. So when rose and Purp got into a fight and he left Punz realized he lost their only brother.
The light pores onto me
After that happened rose left to go to Sam as he did say if anything happened to go to it.
I can feel you their laying there all on your own
When Punz reached the other hybrids house he saw on the door a sign. 'I'm no home right now'. After reading that they just sighed.
We got here the hard way
Punz was thinking back on what was all said and now rose just felt stupid. He never wanted to say what they said. Rose was just angry and had said so things that he never meant.
All those words exchanged
Would it be to late to find Purp and tell him sorry? They looked down as rose's eyes glossed over. He didn't want to loss the only family member that they had left.
Is it any wonder things get broke?
The promises rose made with xem, he had broke. They broke so many of them.

Punz wasn't fully mentally well. But it just broke rose so much more when Purp yelled at him and left.

Maybe they could just stay here and cry and not apologize to star for saying what rose did.

He just sighed as they leaned against the door of Sam's house. Rose then just cried.
She said, in my heart and in my head
The fight was about Sam. Purp hated Sam. And well Sam is Punz's boyfriend.
Tell me why this has to end
Purp said something's and called the other were degrading names. He only did that sometimes when really pissed.
Oh, no, oh, no
Punz didn't realize how late it was until he heard foot steps coming up behind them. Rose looked and saw Sam. When Sam saw the smaller he get concerned, how long has he been there?
I can't save us, my Atlantis, we fall
Before Punz could say anything they got picked up by the bigger and carried inside. Rose buried his face into the others neck before crying. Sam just walked to it's room and sat down on the bed with the other in his lap. It just rubbed shapes on his back to help calm them down. He got rose calmed down to the point where his breathing was steady.
We built this town on shaky ground
"Baby, you wanna talk about why you were crying?"

It was really concerned about the other. They just kept their face in his neck. Rose sighed before nodding.
We built it up to pull it down
"So me and Purp got into a fight,,"
Now all the birds have fled
Sam knew it was gonna be bad cause they never get in fights.
The hurt just leaves me scared
"And,,,and I'm sure he hates me now,,"
"Baby,,,why do you say that?,,"
Losing everything I've ever known
He just looked down as they played with Sam's hoodie strings.
It's all become too much
"Umm,,xey said that before slamming the door,,"

Rose had tears in his eyes again. Sam just hugged them before rose stared crying again. Sam was shushing him as he played with their hair, to at least came him a bit like before. They stayed like this until Punz was fast asleep.
If I knew that I could reach you, I would go
Sam was gonna have to talk to Purp but right now Punz was more important.
