Chapter 2: Imps captured by humans?

Y/N's Pov

You had just finished talking to Stolas about a task he needed you to complete urgently. Apparently some idiotic imps had gotten themselves stuck in the realm of the living AND were being held hostage. However, for them to get there they would need a high ranking demons grimoire to be able to even access the living world, or an asmodean crystal. This means they had either stolen a grimoire or crystal, or they had entered some sort of agreement with a demon. If they had stolen it they would be executed immediately by yourself, if they had entered some sort of agreement then well you wouldn't really care. You sigh and mutter.

"Let's get this over with"

You teleport into the realm of the living. The place where they were seemed to be locked up, a red light flashed and a siren wailed. Two humans were holding pistols aiming directly at the imps and a hellhound that you presumed were the ones you had to rescue.

Human Woman: Ha! You demons ain't goin anywhere now!

You slip into the shadows. You watch as the two humans stopped smiling, looking up startled. You had covered yourself in darkness and were emerging out of the shadows of the captured demons. The human woman stepped back holding her gun up in the air, no longer aiming. They both had a frightened and confused look on their faces. The captured demons looked behind them to see you standing there, completely consumed by the shadows. There aggressive expressions turned into one of fear and disbelief as they looked at you.

"Move" You snarl at the demons.

The demons obliged without hesitation, not wanting to test whatever you were to them. You slowly approached the two humans. The shadows leaked off of your skin, revealing your muscles. You leered at them, they stepped back afraid. You manifested a single spear above you. The humans where even more scared know. Your eyes landed on the man, before he could blink, you launched the spear at him with inhuman speed. The spear buried itself into his chest piercing his heart. The speed and power of the spear carrying him to the wall, penetrating it with a thud. The woman looked at you in fear, she turned to run but you appeared in front of her, she looked up into your glowing red eyes. You quickly grab her by the throat and lift her effortlessly off the ground, using your fire manipulation you ignite her. The screams of her agony from the excruciating pain of being burnt alive echoed throughout the room.

Y/N: Your too loud.

You quickly crush her throat, a ghastly crunch echoed throughout the eerie silence.

Y/N: Quiet down.

You calmly walked over to the desk where the controls where. You pressed a button and the sirens annoying wailing stopped, as well as the red light. The normal lights flickered back on as you walk up to the demons.

"Thanks man, but who the fuck are you and how the fuck did you know we needed saving?" The leading Imp asked who was probably Blitz.

"Stolas called me and informed me you had been captured by humans. So, before I tell you who I am, explain to me how in the fresh fuck did you get into the humans realm" You ask them.

"With this" The hellhoud said while holding up Stolas's grimoire. 

"Stolas you fucking idiot." You thought to yourself.

"So who are you?" A female Imp who stood on the right side of the leader Imp asked. You look down at the imp girl, she was looking at you with curious and demanding eyes. You looked at the other demons they all had the same looks in their eyes as well.

"I'm Y/N, you may also know me as The calamity demon" You say, introducing yourself to the Imp.

"No fuckin way" She says, you look at her and see she was looking at you with a look of disbelief.

"What?" You ask.

"My ma once told me a story about you, and she said with a smile on her face 'maybe one day you'll get to meet him'" The female Imp said as she looked down at the ground with a small smile.

"Seems she was correct" You mutter, the girl blushes slightly and continues to look at her feet, she had her hands behind her back.

"...yeah" She said after a brief pause. You simply turn your head back to the leader, who Stolas had informed you as Blitz.

"And how did you manage to get caught by those imbeciles?" You ask genuinly curious how the four demons could be caught by those low life punks.

"Oh, we finished a job and they attempted to capture us, which they did successfully by shooting Moxxie here with tranquilizers and electrocuting us." Blitz said with a grin.
