About: Palkia is considered to be the Unofficial Third Heavenly Dragon because it had equal power to Draigg and Albion. But it didnt fight much. It was friends with both Draigg and Albion. When it heard that both Draigg and Albion got sealed away, it got furious at destroyed many forces of the 3 factions, but was sealed away by god into the Cosmic Gear. It is also know as the Cosmic Heavenly Dragon, Ruler of the Cosmos, The Cosmic Destroyer. It resides in the Cosmic Gear which is wielded by Aine Lucifer.
