Chapter Five - Out of the picture

Jungkook pov,

I watch as Appa happily gets dressed for his wedding.

A bright smile on his face as he puts on his suit

Thanks, to my secretary I didn't get to enjoy my drunk and passed out Appa.

That bitch had to interrupt me just for a fucking call and ruined the whole mood.

But no worries there, I did get a chance to taste Appa mouth. The next time that happens, it will more than just a kiss.

I have plans for us appa, trust me, there will be no wedding happening today

"How do I look kookie," he said smiling as he adjust his suit. I checked him from head to toe

"You look handsome Appa," I said clapping and cheering making him smile wider

"Thank you"

You don't have to thank me Appa, cause you look handsome to me. Not for Lisa or anyone else, just me

I took my seat at the front of the Church and waited patiently for everything to fall in place

He stood at the altar with the priest as they wait for the bride to arrive.

I smirk knowing full well that's not gonna happen

I already got a call from hung saying he got her and she is safe in his arms

We waited for hours and still no sign of the bride. Everyone was worried, while Appa panicked.

I know there is a lot of question running through his head right now, to why his wife-to-be isn't here yet

I silently chuckled but kept a straight face. Pretending to be also worried.

The bride didn't arrive, so people began to leave

Everyone left, except Appa and his friends

I wanted to talk to him but he didn't look like he wants to 'chit chat'

He angrily stormed out of the Church not sparing me a glance. I didn't mind that at all, this is what I expected will happen

Lisa is no longer in the picture, no more Lisa which means Appa will only need me just like always

I came home to find appa sitting in the living room scrolling through his phone

He turned off all the lights, leaving the room shadowed. The only light in the room is the screen light of his phone

I walked over to where he was sitting and sat next to him

"Apple she doesn't deserve you"

"No, something isn't adding up here," he said not looking up from his phone "Lisa won't do that, something might've happened to her"

"Why can't you understand and see what's in front of you?!" I shouted feeling rage building in me "she bailed on you on your wedding day. For all we know, she might've run away with someone else or she never loved you-"

"Don't say that about her" he snapped lowly. Look intensely at me "you don't know what happened to her and you don't know her. She is not that kind of person. She is more than you think. So don't talk about her that way" he scolded coldly

I looked at him stunned, I didn't expect him to take her side like that. I thought we will be on the same page of hating her

I poked the inside of my cheek with my tongue as I try to control myself.

Why is he defending her after everything I've done to make him want me

I had nothing else to say, so I got up and stormed to my room, slamming the door behind me

I'm about to lose my fucking mind if I don't do something about him

I have to have him to myself or else I might go insane
