As prom is around the corner, Gina gets prepared for the dance, especially going with her friends and Ej taking her. But as it gets closer, something happens to Ej. Would this be a prom she was hoping it would be.
Gina wakes up in a very good mood. Gina staying in the same school for three years in a row and now she has become a senior and her prom is coming already. She can't even wait to go with her friends, Ashlyn, Seb and Carlos. Obviously Carlos and Seb would be going together and Ashlyn would be going with Big Red even though he graduated two years ago. Then with Gina she is hoping that Ej knows to take her but most importantly has the time to take her. Even though Ej decided to not go to Duke he went to the university of Colorado to continue more on directing when he made the video for Carlos. Ever since Ej left it's been hard for them not seeing each other only through a screen instead of in person. But they push it through making it work for them because that's how much they love each other. Anyways Gina gets up from her bed to go to the bathroom to do her morning routine. As she finishes up doing her hair, her phone starts ringing. As she leaves the bathroom to pick up her phone she sees a FaceTime call leaving her with a smile on her face seeing the name on her phone, "hey you" Gina says as she sees the face of her boyfriend, "morning to you too" Ej answers "what's going" Gina says "nothing really just want to see your beautiful face" Ej says as Gina blushes trying not to show "seriously Ej what's going on over there" Gina says "ehh it's been stressful with school work and work and all that you know. But hey imma help direct another film" Ej says "that's good, Eej. I'm proud of you" Gina says "it's not good without you. I miss you" Ej says as Gina just smiles sad "I miss you too" Gina says "hey G, you ready, Carlos is here already" Ashlyn says entering her room "yeah" Gina says "hey cuz. How's it going" Ashlyn says "going good ash" Ej says "that's good. Alright we got school. Bye Ej. Let's go G" Ashlyn says leaving the room "guess that's my cue. Talk to you later?" Gina says "always" Ej says with a smile "love you" Gina says "love you more" Ej says as Gina hangs up getting her things and heading out of the house. Few hours passed, that it became lunch. The four were at their usual table when everyone used to be there but they all were talking about prom, "guys I'm so excited for prom you know for it being our last time being here since we are the only ones left to graduate from our group. But it is an honor to go with this amazing person right here" Carlos says looking to Seb next to him "always" Seb says as Carlos kisses his cheek "awww well lucky for me Big Red is able to take that weekend off to be able to take me and spend a little time together" Ashlyn says "how bout you G. Anything with Ej" Seb says "no he hasn't said anything yet. But I hope he remembers or even has the time" Gina says a little sad "hey come on G. I know Ej and he would always make sure he has the time especially if it has to do something with you" Ashlyn says "yeah I know, but he's been saying that he's starting to be busy and I don't want to disturb him" Gina says "G, it doesn't matter. Ej would always try to find a way to be here for you" Carlos says "yes. You should know already that us Caswell's find a way" Ashlyn says as Gina laughs "yeah thanks" she says as the bell rings. Another few hours passed, soon after it was the end of school. Ashlyn and Gina head back to the house, "hey imma go up to my room, have a lot of homework to do" Gina says "alright" Ashlyn says as she watches Gina head upstairs. She knows that Gina is still a little down that Ej may not come, so she decides to text her cousin,
