Au Info

In my Au, the true creators of this Multiverse aren't Ink nor the great "deities of FATE or DESTINY", but instead, it is US. The people who are beyond their world of existence and live in what they like to call 'The Realm Of Creators'. The only way we can communicate with them is through bodyless voices that allow monsters and Humans alike with godlike powers and strength to hear us.

We, the creators, can usually ONLY interact, shift, change, manipulate, etc. The Au worlds and characters we made ourselves unless the Creator of another Au permitted us to change their Au to how we please. Thus, giving us complete control over the whole Au and making it temporarily ours. However, if enough Creators can band/work together, they could temporarily change/shift the fate of the chosen Au or Au Character, and even have the ability to banish a visiting AM character or a god/deity from another multiverse.

Ink

While Ink isn't the god of creation, he is, however, a demigod, and helps guide the creators through the roadblocks and plot holes they have in their Au stories and looks after them when the creators are done or satisfied. He also has the power/ability to create almost anything by using any type of ink or paint, however, he is unable to create living beings or Au's. Not only that but he was also given a pen as a gift from one of the creators, which allows him to have access to the information and scripted fate of ANY Au and Au multiverse he falls into. It also allows him to edit and rewrite the script of fate as long as he has permission from the creator/creators of the said Au/multiverse.

Since Ink is in charge of looking after the Au's, that includes protecting them from anything or anyone that seeks to harm or destroy the Au's. As a bonus reward for protecting the Au's from reckless destruction, Ink is given special paints from the creators that allow him to feel different types of emotions thanks to his inability to have a soul.

Error

Like Ink, Error is a demigod, however, instead of one of creation, he is one of destruction. Unlike Ink, Error is in charge of destroying Au timeliness to prevent overloads, glitches, or viruses in an Au. His ability to destroy an Au timeline also gives him the ability to destroy the Au's themselves, but ONLY when the Au is either glitched or infected in a way that wasn't planned by the creator and is proven to be a huge danger to the Multiverse. He is also allowed to destroy an Au if it was left unfinished.

While Error has interacted with Nightmare and his squad from time to time, he is NOT in any way acquainted with him or his lackeys (he is unsure how to feel about Cross, but he at least tolerates him for his love of chocolate and his morals).

Au Timeliness

If an Au has way too many timeliness, then the timeliness itself will start to overlap and collide with each other to the point of creating a dangerous virus that will cause the Au to slowly and painfully self-destruct and has a high possibility of spreading to others. The timeliness also have some form of connection to the Au's they originate from, so when the timeline is about to be destroyed or harmed, they will send a distress signal similar to an Au's, causing conflict between the two demigods frequently.

Balances

There are three main balances in the Multiverse

Chaos & Order (Fatal Error & King Multiverse)

Life & Death (Life & Reaper)

Positivity & Negativity (Dream & Nightmare)

Unlike a lot of Au's, Ink and Error are NOT part of the balance of Creation and Destruction. Instead, their sole purpose is to Protect and look after the many Au's and the Au Multiverse itself, in ways the creators could not. While they do tend to fight and bicker often, they are NOT on enemy terms and their 'playful banter' are often quickly resolved and have no need for interference.

Nightmare

When Nightmare ate the dark apple in the 'apple incident' it fully released every dark and negative emotion he was hiding in his soul and doubled it tenfold. It heavily influenced his morals and good nature and even caused him to go into a blind rampage of blood and death. Causing the lives of many and even turning his twin brother to stone.

It also majorly corrupted his memories before he ate the black apple and caused him to only remember the bad experiences he had with the villagers. The fruit also made those memories seem ten times worse than before and even forced him to remember all the bad times he had with his brother, Dream, despite there not being very many.

However, despite all of this, a part of Nightmare still deeply cares and loves Dream despite the corrupted side, and is the only reason why he sometimes worries about his twin despite what he says and never actually kills him when he gets the chance or opportunity.

But will Nightmare ever acknowledge that part of him? No, no he won't.

He could also somewhat hear the voices of the creator's thanks to the power he gained from the negative fruit, but it is muffled to the point he could just barely hear them. Depending on the situation though, he could hear the broken parts of what they were saying and can mostly put together what they were trying to tell him at the moment.

Dream

Dream cares about his brother Nightmare very much and it practically shattered his soul when he first saw him after his 500 years of imprisonment.

Dream has major TRUST issues despite the way he acts most of the time and is very good at lying, acting, and facade. He never allows himself to fully TRUST someone and the only monster he fully trusted with his life and secrets (if he had any) was Nightmare.

Dream has a total of five weapons in his inventory, but will only use 2, sometimes 3, out of the five because of his heavy distaste for violence. The only time he will use all five of his weapons is when the event severely calls for it.

Ever since the 'apple incident' he gained a HUGE distaste for apples and will gage if he attempts to eat an apple or an apple-related food item.

When Dream was turned into stone, he was conscious the entire time and gained a severe fear of small/tight spaces, the dark, stone pieces or ruble, statues, and the lack of movement & sight. Not only that, but because of his experience with the villagers before and after the apple incident, he also gained anxiety, ADHD, OCD, low self-esteem, and the fear of imperfection.
