How we've slowly turned
into strangers.
Slipping through your fingers
fading from your heart
and mindJust becoming a fragment
of your memory and thoughts
How we've slowly
turned into strangers.Speaking every once in
a while to never.
spending less and less time
together
not knowing if you're alright
Or if I'm still hereJust merely existing
in our own separate worlds
How we've slowly
turned into
Strangers.The loneliness in my
heart that
tempts me to call and text
you
To tell you I miss you and
I want what we had back.
Even though I know
you won't say it back
or get back to me
at allHow we have slowly turned
Into strangers.
But it's okay isn't it?Sometimes friendships
don't last forever.
