"Why.....sleep.....all....time" a figure in green was saying as I woke up from my nap. I tilted my head to the side in a silent question. The green thing huffed and repeated its question :

"Why are you always asleep all the time?"

I tilt my head one more time as I stare at the green figure in front of me as it started babbling about manners. I slowly got up and walk away from the figure in green. I answered the question with another question.

"What makes you so sure that I'm asleep?"

I walked to my next class in a slight daze from my nap.

"Why do you always trying to avoid seeing things?"

A figure of blue blocked my path this time. I turned my half-lidded eyes towards the blue figure and looked it in the eye until it started fidgeting. I sighed before giving another question as my answer.

"Who wouldn't want to avoid seeing lies?"

I ignored the spluttering blue thing and walked away.

"Why are you always acting stupid?"

The colour red filled my vision as I gazed at the figure in front of me. I stared blankly at the red thing as it tried to contain its anger at my silence. Just before it started to scream, I answered with eyes devoid of emotion.

"Where did you get the idea that I was stupid?"

I slowly walked away from the figure in red.

"Why are you always alone?"

This time, a figure in yellow steps in front of me. My eyes light up slightly yet also die a little as I considered the question. Before the yellow thing asked me the questiona second time, I opened my mouth and answered it.

"How do you know that I want to be alone?"

I turn away from the yellow figure.

"Why?"

A figure in rainbow colours blocks my path. We stare at each other. Questions by questions pass through our eyes, silently. I open my my mouth for the last time today because I was so tired.

"Because people only want to see the surface and what they want....."
