Chapter 6

Jason's Pov
She had to forgive me or I was never going to forgive myself. But God the kiss was amazing, her lips were so soft, it tasted like heaven. I wondered if she had been kissed before or I was her first .
The drive back home was very uncormfotable, I had to break this uneasy feeling.
"Kina, listen I know what I did was unforgivable, unforgettable but I had to play along or whatever she has on me could destroy my family and take me down as well. I know Janice, I know how she works, I have seen her work before, so I know what I am saying. But trust me on this I will never do anything to hurt you I swear on my life, do you know why??, Cause I like you kina. A lot"
"Jason, you don't have to say that just to please me you know"
"I know Kina but I mean it, I like you"

Now I felt at ease I know it would be a lot for her to absorb but I just had to let her know it.
"Am sorry Kina, please forgive me"
"Just take me home Jason, I will speak to you when I am ready".
"Sure"
The silence driven ride was so long it felt as if I would never get to her house but then we arrived and bid our goodbyes. I know I messed up but I really need her in my life more than she knows it.

"~ I forgive you Jason, and I like you too🤗"
    -Kina.
"~ You don't know what this means to me Kina. Thank you"
     -Jason.
Kina was coming over to my place today. I just hope everything works out fine for us.
"~ I am here"
     -Kina.
"~ just wait for me and coming down in a minute"
     - Jason.
I heard notices from downstairs and I know Kina could hear it too from the door. I knew it was my parents, they had not left the house yet and Kina was way too early. They were up to their shitty stuff and my sugar was alone with them, all alone
"Fuck" I cursed when I opened the door to find a concerned kina behind it.
"What's wrong, Jay? What is going on? I heard some noises from inside is everything okay??.
" Nothing kina just leave"
"What??, But I just got here" she said not willing to leave. I had to let her leave so I can sort out my parents and their shitty lives.
"Damnit Kina just get the fuck out of here". I slammed the door in her face. I run my ✋ hand through my hair as a sign of frustration.

Kina's Pov
What the hell just happened?. I stood Infront of his door dumbfounded. He fucking slammed the door at my face. He cursed at my face and he treated me like shit.
I left for my 🏠 house feeling like a fool. My mom was already back from her trip.
"Where did you go to sweetheart?"
      -mom
"Just coming from Jason's"
      - kina
"Oh how is he doing??"
       - mom
"He good I think"
       - kina
"Is everything okay between you two?"
       -mom
"Yeah mom, am just tired"
       - kina.
"Dinner will be ready in about ten?"
     - mom
"Am not hungry mom am going up to rest"
      - kina.
"Good night mama"

"Good night baby"

I took my shower and climbed my bed sleep. Did I do something to him? Or was it the way I acted when I saw him and Janice?
"Oh God this shitty thing should stop"
My phone beeped interrupting my mental conversation
"~ kina, am sorry for the way I acted back at my house please forgive me"
       - Jason.
I did not feel like having anything to do with Jason right now all I wanted was to hide myself in my pillow and hide from shame and disgust. Then another beep came in.
"~ please kina, speak to me. I am so sorry"
  I aired his message again and the beeping came again and again. I opened the message
"~ please I am so worried sick about you, kitten please say something"
"~ Kina please 😩😥. I beg you say something"
      - Jason.
I had to put a stop to this or else I was never gonna have a good night sleep.
"~ leave me alone Jason please 🙏."

"P.s I am not your sweetheart so stop calling me that"
      - kina.
I switched off my phone, and forced my self to sleep. I slept like someone who had not had a good night sleep for about one full year. I heard a slight tap on my window from afar in my sleep, but the tapping became closer and louder but I couldn't get myself to get up and see who it was.

The chirping of the morning song birds finally managed to wake me up from my sleep, from my fantasy world to face my reality. My sucker life. I tried to get up from bed but I couldn't, I felt heavy, my head was spinning like mad and my eyes felt heavy they felt like they would pop out anytime soon. My feet felt numb, my knuckles turned white. My Lips and throat had dried up. I felt pale. In all I felt like a big ball of sickness rolled together into one mega meatball.
I felt sick. I was sick.
"Mooooooooooooom!!!!!!"
"Yes baby. What is wrong?"
"I can't move and my head is spinning like a Ferris wheel. I feel like throwing up all my intestines"
"Oh my God kina I think you might be coming down with a fever. Lemme get a hold of the doctor. Hang in there baby"
The doctor arrived in about 30 minutes. I was checked and according to the doctor I was just stressed. Turns out I needed a lot more sleep than I get.
"Mom please tell Jenny to come over when she is free. I really need to see her"
"Okay dear but now have some breakfast and rest"
"Yes mom"

Jason's Pov
I saw Jenny's car speeding to her house. I knew something was wrong and I knew I was the cause of it and it was my fault.
I barely knew her too well but I damn knew too well that I liked her very much and I know I am causing, have caused and will cause her somehow.
Last night was no exception.
"Leave me alone". Somehow her text came ringing back into my mind but I couldn't, I should not after being the cause of it. I had to see her but I was going to need some help since she did not want to see me.
"Hey sugar how about we go visit Kina today??"
"Yeah sure Jay Jay, I miss her so much".
"Finish with your breakfast so we can go see her".

We arrived at her place and rang the doorbell.
"Coming". The person at the other side of the door said. The door opened revealing her mother.
"Good morning Ms. Williams"
"Oh hi Jason, how are you doing?".
"Am doing great Ms. Williams this is my kid sister, Netty and we were kinds wondering if we could see Knia??"
"Ummmm sorry but kina is kinda not well and she is asleep"
"Okay sure thank you ms. Williams and please tell her we came over"
"Bye Ms. Williams". Netty said.
"Bye sweetheart, come later Jason, am sure she would be awake by then".
"Okay Ms. Williams".
We left her home for ours only to find Janice on our doorstep. She rushed over to me with a huge grin on her face. I pushed her off me and Netty ushered me to follow her into her house. I did so and realized Janice was right on our tail. She plopped herself on our couch like it belonged to her.
"What do you want Janice?".
"I want us to talk about what happened last night".
"What happened last night Jay?". Netty questioned with a curious look on her face. I forgot she was even around.
"Nothing happened sugar go to your room. Janice Here is already leaving".
'okay Jay"
I turned to Janice and if only looks could kill she would be six feet in the ground right now kissing nothing but sand.
"Listen Janice last night was a mistake and it is never going to happen again get that Into your thick brains, you can't blackmail me no more".
" Okay be careful there lion, you might wanna think about what you just said".
"Yeah sure whatever just get lost"
Before she could leave, my parents barged into the place.
"Jason, did you bang this young sweetheart?". My mom questioned
"Ew mom no way, Janice is just a friend and she was leaving".
"Yeah Ms. Carter I was on my way out."
"Are you sure dear why don't you stay for a little longer?"
"No ms. Carter thank you but I gotta head home. Thank you for the offer though bye Jason".
"Yeah whatever".
Hugging me she said" I am gonna have you by whatever means Jason but till then you can fuck your new little bitch. I give you the permission and won't hate you for that".
She just winked and walked to the door letting herself out just the way she entered.
Her words kept ringing in my head. I knew she was up to something. I had to find out before she gets to me the next time. I had to save my self from her and Save Kina as well. I will see to it that I get whatever she has on me.
